According to the General Directorate of Public Relations of the Judiciary, Hojjatoleslam and Muslims Mohseni Ejei in the first program of his visit to Sistan and Baluchestan province today, in the presence of judges and staff of the province, referring to the warmth, hospitality, contentment and hard work of the people of Sistan and Baluchestan He said: “We in the judiciary, with the cooperation of government officials and government representatives in Sistan and Baluchestan province and members of parliament in this province, should make every effort to solve the problems of the people of the province, and in this regard to mobilize and increase capacities and Let’s start the forces.

Referring to the components and characteristics of Sistan and Baluchestan province and the special version that should be prescribed with regard to these components and characteristics to get out of the problems and issues of the province, the Chief Justice said: The judiciary, the governorate, the representatives of the province in the parliament and the provincial elite should be identified and counted, and based on these characteristics and features, basic solutions should be presented and implemented in order to solve the problems.

The Judge enumerated the important issues of Sistan and Baluchestan province, security, employment and drought among these issues and said: “Without a doubt, security is one of the most important and undeniable issues in the direction of comprehensive development of the province and if there is no security, progress and movement.” It will not be possible to move forward in different aspects of social life.

Hojjat-ul-Islam and Muslims Mohseni Ejei, referring to the importance of job creation and the impact of this category on crime prevention and reduction of social harms, stated: The judiciary can appoint Sistan and Baluchestan governor to attract sustainable investment and develop employment to reduce and eliminate social harms Help prevent crime, which will ultimately reduce the number of cases entering the judiciary.

Referring to the problems caused by drought in Sistan and Baluchestan province, the Chief Justice said: “Sistan and Baluchestan province, despite facing drought problems for various reasons, has the potential and capacities to overcome this problem, including talents.” He mentioned transit due to the existence of a port and connection to international waters in this province; Accordingly, by using and strengthening these capacities, we can overcome the problems caused by drought in the province, and the realization of this important task requires more cooperation and joint efforts of government agencies in the province.

Hojjat-ul-Islam and Muslims Mohseni Ejei, referring to the importance of oversight in the judiciary, instructed the judicial officials of Sistan and Baluchestan province to strengthen the oversight of their subdivisions and to continuously inspect various judicial departments. And take a reformist, benevolent, and compassionate stance, bearing in mind that oversight does not mean squabbling.

The head of the judiciary, “Hassan Khalq” and “Sa’eh Sadr” considered two important characteristics that judicial officials and staff should be equipped with and in this regard, he said: in various issues and areas, various tastes and thoughts are current; Therefore, all officials and stakeholders at various levels and positions should listen to the existing words and opinions, even if they disagree with their own, with good manners and openness.

In the end, referring to the approvals of the visit of the Supreme Judicial Board to Sistan and Baluchestan province in 1998 and the statements of the judicial officials of the province that some of them were not operational, the Judge said: For whatever reason, the previous visit of the Supreme Judicial Council to the resolution has not been implemented, and we will take appropriate measures to implement that resolution.

Before the speech of the Chief Justice, Hojjatoleslam Mostafavinia, Chief Justice of Sistan and Baluchestan Province, stating that the judiciary in the province is determined to serve the people, provided statistics on the performance of the province’s judiciary and said: The efforts of judicial colleagues closed 264,000 cases in Sistan and Baluchestan province, and we had 4,700 cases of eligible prisoners being released.

The Chief Justice of Sistan and Baluchestan, referring to the significant decrease in the number of cases in the judiciary of this province and the first rank of the province in the shortage of financial convicts, clarified: The consent of the parents was obtained and Sistan and Baluchestan province is the second in the country in this regard.
