The head of the Judiciary stated that there is a place for the economy of our sea to be active and the people of Hormozgan province and other provinces do not have to worry about employment, and said: God Almighty has provided this gift and capacity and we should make the best use of this capacity and gift.

Ayatollah Raeesi stated that the concern of the judicial system is to fight against organized smuggling, and clarified: Our concern is not the backpackers and those who carry goods from one point to another in order to manage life.

He continued: “Our concern is the big smugglers that all these people who are in this smuggling field are their agents, they are behind the curtain and they do not come to the field themselves, they cannot be seen and they must be discovered.”

The boom in production must be accompanied by the fight against smuggling

Referring to his visit to the port of Shahid Rajaei and the meeting with the officials in charge of combating smuggling at the beginning of his arrival in Hormozgan province, the head of the judiciary stated: Our problem is not the dear border dweller who is looking for a commodity to support his family, but our problem is a problem. which threatens the national production.

Ayatollah Raeesi stated that talking about the boom in production should be accompanied by the fight against goods smuggling, and continued: the fight against organized smuggling, which is the hands behind the curtain, and they move containers, but not just one shipment, but consignments from one city to another. , is a fundamental issue.

Appreciating the IRGC for fighting against fish smugglers who threaten the sea and aquatic life, he said: local fishermen know when, where and what to fish, and their action does not threaten the sea in any way, but this fisherman People can increase the security and economy of the sea day by day.

The head of the Judiciary pointed out: The people the IRGC has dealt with and the foreigners who threaten the aquatic life is something that should have been done.

Ayatollah Raeesi said: We are in the second step of the revolution, I tell myself and the officials that it is necessary to use the capacities for the talents and abilities that can show their prosperity by providing these capacities today.

The Head of Judiciary added: Why should we give these facilities to this gentleman, a special or prominent person who works in a region so that others will all become his workers? How do we know that if the capacity is not provided fairly, the same student or villager who we don’t think will become an innovator and entrepreneur, will be able to be influential not only in his village or city, but also in the country.

He stated: There are people who have become a source of pride for the country and Islam in the field of science, knowledge and technology by providing them with the right field, sometimes from an orphan family, a veteran, a martyr and a corner of the village.

Ayatollah Raeesi emphasized on the fair distribution of capacities and employment justice and stated: The society should feel that those who have had the opportunity and capacity for education will have fair and transparent employment opportunities for them.

Employment justice is the general call to place and attract the best

While pointing out that partying and unhealthy relationships are harmful, the head of the judiciary said: People’s trust is destroyed by such cases, of course, someone may be satisfied, Imam Ali (a.s.) said in this regard that the satisfaction of several people may be obtained. But public trust is lost.

Referring to employment justice, he said: In the second step, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution considered justice to be one of the emphasized axes, this is not only judicial justice, but justice in all fields, including education and especially employment justice.

Ayatollah Raisi said: Employment justice means a general call to place and attract the best, which is correct and defensible.

Referring to problems such as unemployment and employment concerns, the Head of the Judiciary stated: We should make the best use of what the Almighty God has given us, poverty, unemployment and discrimination are man-made types of unhealthy communication between human members.

Emphasizing that poverty and discrimination are the product of unhealthy relationships, he continued: The shortcomings are due to not using God’s gifts correctly, which must be solved.

Ayatollah Raeesi continued: They asked Imam Ali (AS) whether jud is better or justice? He said that justice because justice puts everything in its place and society can be preserved with justice; But Jude is an individual and personal matter.

The head of the judiciary emphasized: Bandar Abbas is one of the countries that should be proud of its people and the families of its martyrs.

He continued: Today, we should also be proud of the pride and honor that the warriors created in the Bandar Abbas region and the border guards who defend the Persian Gulf and the honors they have created in many fields.

Referring to the environmental violations, Ayatollah Raisi added: The points that were stated as examples in Hormozgan province should be noted and taken into consideration.

The head of the Judiciary emphasized: “It is our honor to serve these people, who have come to this province wherever the revolution is needed, Shia and Sunni, and according to Azizi, it is a rainbow province that includes Arabs, Turks, Persians, Yazdi, Kermani and Bandari.” and they are from everywhere and serving these people is an honor for all of us.

The head of the judiciary pointed to the issue of public rights and said: protecting public rights is the duty of the public and statesmen, and we in the judiciary consider it our duty to protect public rights and not allow anyone to tamper with them.

He added: In his recent speech, the Supreme Leader said that public rights are related to the rights of all people in this country, all those who breathe in this country, even those who are not Muslims in this country, rural and urban, port and non-port, all of these include They are public rights.

He stated that protecting the environment is everyone’s duty and said: encroachment on the forest, environment, sea, mountain and land are condemned in our opinion and we must deal with these cases.

The Head of the Judiciary further said about the normal and official documents: We are looking to make the country’s documents official documents, which, of course, has a mechanism that must be followed through the Parliament and the Guardian Council, and our colleagues are also following it. They do that, God willing, it will be followed up.

Continuing his speech, Ayatollah Raisi emphasized the importance of giving importance to the families of the martyrs and said: The families of the martyrs are raised flags of preserving the values ​​of the Islamic Revolution and preserving the religion.

He continued: Daughter, wife, son, mother and father of the martyr and anyone who is related to the martyr are respected in our opinion. Martyr’s name is an exalted name in every village and barzan, and it is a flag that shows courage, bravery, jihad, sacrifice and self-sacrifice, and it is our national pride.

The head of the Judiciary said: May the name, memory, way and dignity of the martyr be diminished in our eyes, everything we have is for the martyrs, and it is an honor for every man and woman to be in the name of the martyr and the martyrs.

Ayatollah Raisi stated that the names of the martyrs should not fade among us and said: If the names of the martyrs fade among us, know that we will be subject to God’s wrath and God’s mercy will be taken from us.
