According to the General Department of Public Relations of the Judiciary, Ayatollah Raisi, the head of the Judiciary, during his visit to Isfahan Province this morning on the 14th of December, in a meeting with economic activists, entrepreneurs and industrialists of Isfahan Province, discussed the role of economic activists in the resistance economy and the strengthening of the country’s economy. He said: the guidelines of the insightful leader of Afarinman regarding economic activities are a lesson for all statesmen, officials and economic activists, and the words of the supreme leader of the revolution regarding the duties of statesmen, economic activists and people were a charter for all entrepreneurs and economic activists and proof for all We are done.

Ayatollah Raeesi stated that today is the field of action and action, and continued: The statesmen should facilitate production for the producer, which shows itself in regulations and laws. Economic war has regulations that are necessary for economic war, which must be adapted to the time of economic war so that producers and entrepreneurs can be actively present in this field.

The head of the Judiciary stated: All shackles and chains that might create problems and obstacles in the field of production should be removed from the producer’s feet, which requires action.

He added: The councils, including the dialogue council between the government and the private sector, chambers of commerce, and groups representing trade unions, entrepreneurs, investors, and economic activists, can play a large role in facilitating production and removing obstacles, and these councils should not be considered as A meeting, a meeting minutes, and we said and got up, looked, the output must have applicable approvals for all different sectors, so that the entrepreneur feels ease in entrepreneurship and production, not in words but in practice.

No economic and professional producer and activist is ready to bribe; Unless it is faced with administrative bureaucracy

Ayatollah Raisi continued: In dealing with economic disruptors, producers and economic activists are the best people.

He said: Economic activity needs security. Any kind of corruption and insecurity disrupts production; Therefore, in this field, the first contenders are the producers.

The head of the Judiciary added: A producer who wants to act lawfully, does not allow any disruption in the matter of production. Naturally, economic activists are the first claimants to deal with disruptions.

Regarding the administrative bureaucracy, Ayatollah Raisi said: As an experience, I deeply believe that no economic and professional producer and activist is ready to bribe; Unless he is faced with administrative bureaucracy that takes two days’ work for two months and two months’ work for two years, and the license that must be issued quickly is faced with administrative insanity that makes the entrepreneur regret entrepreneurship and the investor regret investing.

The head of the Judiciary said: If the licenses are not issued on time, according to the words of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution, who spoke the truth, there will be seven, no, seventy readers that the producer must face.

He continued: When the producer is faced with administrative bureaucracy, he has to take action that is never pleasant to him. No one is ready to bribe in the administrative system. Which entrepreneur is willing to bribe someone in the administrative system with his halal money? unless he knows that he has no way; Therefore, the roads should be facilitated.

Do not cause the slightest interruption in production

Ayatollah Raisi clarified: In economic councils and dialogue councils and all the mechanisms provided by the law, which are the mechanisms within the guilds and the chamber of commerce and are shared between the government and economic activists, the ways of issuing licenses should be really facilitated; In such a way that the entrepreneur feels that he does not face any obstacle or problem in this field.

Ayatollah Raeesi added: We will support the brave and courageous manager who bypasses the sanctions, supports the entrepreneur and does not let a factory be closed, and our duty is to defend such a manager.

He clarified: We must support the investment that goes ahead boldly and does not allow factories to be closed and workers to be unemployed, and we must tell people that this person is the one who did not let things stay on the ground in the most difficult conditions.

He clarified: We have told our colleagues in the judicial and regulatory spheres to try not to cause the slightest interruption in production. Radio and Television, Tax Affairs Organization and other institutions have a mission in promoting production.

In no way, listening to an expert is not against the independence of the judge

Ayatollah Raeesi added: If each device works properly in this field, according to its mission, the production boom will happen and the enemy will be disappointed in this field as well as in other fields.

He said: We have to pay attention to the opinions of experts in different departments. I have told the judges and colleagues that listening to an expert is not against the independence of the judge. Listening to the counselor helps to discover the truth.

The Head of the Judiciary added: If an economic expert, economic activist or a knowledge-based company has expertise and familiarity with a case, the issue should be fully welcomed; Whether they want to give it an official name and say “Economic Jury” or not give it a name; In any case, using the opinions of technical experts will greatly help to discover the truth for decision-makers.

He continued: Votes and opinions based on expert opinion must be welcomed by everyone, especially our experts, both in the field of supervision and in the field of judgment.

Some omissions are more damaging than verbs

He clarified: sections of economic and knowledge-based activists whose expert opinion can help the decision-making and decision-making departments, can be a boon for votes and decisions to be based on expert and specialized opinion, and for experts and entrepreneurs to feel Kand’s views are completely based on expert opinion and this will be completely reassuring for them.

Referring to the statements of those present in the meeting regarding the discussion of fair taxation, he asked the governor to hold a meeting in the governor’s office to hear the voices of economic activists in this regard and said: “It must be attended by parliamentarians, the Ministry of Economy and Finance, and the country’s tax organization or administration.” Taxation of the province, entrepreneurs should be heard. The problems they have in the type of injustices and injustices should be investigated and it should be found out where there is a problem in the work; In such a way that this interaction is established between the tax department and entrepreneurs.

The head of the Judiciary regarding the issue of “compound profit” said: This issue is discussed in the Expediency Council. It was brought up in the parliament and the Guardian Council, and now it is in the courtroom of the parliament to determine the expediency of the system. In the last meeting, this discussion was raised in the assembly hall; But there was a lot of discussion about it and it was postponed to the next meeting. This problem of compound interest is a significant point and the representatives of the Islamic Council also paid attention to it, and God willing, it will be taken into consideration in the Assembly.

Agreeing to the formation of the Economic Dispute Resolution Council

By announcing his agreement to the proposal to form an Economic Dispute Resolution Council to solve economic issues, he asked the Chief Justice of Isfahan province to form an Economic Dispute Resolution Council with the presence of elders and those who are experts and experienced in this field, and many Issues that can be resolved in economic dispute resolution councils should not be brought to the courts.

Ayatollah Raisi said regarding the delay of proceedings: if a case related to a production institution or an economic enterprise is delayed, it is not only that case that is delayed; Instead, tens and hundreds of workers and producers find problems.

The number of judicial branches in the economic field should be increased

He stressed that the number of judicial branches in the economic field should be increased; In order not to delay the proceedings in these branches, he said: The Chief Justice of Isfahan Province promised us that in a short time we will be able to shorten the time of proceedings, especially in the appeal courts of Isfahan, and the report they gave me today indicated this. In this direction, the activities have been effective.

The head of the judiciary added: In relation to the economic field, because it is not just a matter of a factory and a sum of money, but there are various issues following it, they should increase the number of branches. In such a way that we do not delay proceedings in the field of handling economic cases.

Referring to the issue of dealing with smuggling, the head of the judiciary pointed out: goods smuggling is a threat to the prosperity of production, and goods smuggling, especially organized smuggling that takes place in containers, should be dealt with.

Ayatollah Raeesi stated: The executives should activate the necessary systems in this regard, which is a very important issue. The issue of smuggling of goods is a very important issue that officials in different fields should follow and we will follow it with our own share.

The head of the judiciary stressed the necessity of banning the import of goods that are related to domestic production, and said: it must always be emphasized that excessive importation reduces the prosperity of production and hurts it.
