Hojjat-ul-Islam and Muslims Mohseni Ejei, in continuation of today’s meeting of the Supreme Council of the Judiciary, explained the different types of judicial proceedings, referring to those criminal and legal cases that can be processed in a chain and connected process; The Chief Justice considered such cases as among the most common and numerous cases in the judiciary, and accordingly stressed the need to ensure the affairs and the Queen of Justice at all stages of the judicial process.

The head of the judiciary, Babian, explained that the final link and product of the judicial process is crystallized in the judge’s verdict and verdict, and said that the judge’s personal justice in issuing a verdict is not enough. The judicial case, the stage of investigation during and after the formation of a judicial case, the stage of summoning and arresting the accused, the stage of expertise of the case and other stages, are among the links of a judicial process that requires special and extensive supervision by all these stages and circles. Judges and judicial authorities should be applied so that the slightest violation of justice does not occur.

The issue of “cryptocurrencies” and the dangers that may threaten the people’s property in this area in the future and cause trouble for the government were among the other issues raised by the Chief Justice at today’s meeting of the Supreme Council of the Judiciary; Accordingly, the head of the judiciary instructed the Attorney General and the inspection organization to ask the Central Bank to clarify as soon as possible the issue of cryptocurrencies, as well as to explain the duties of the various agencies in this regard.

In this regard, the head of the judiciary said: “The late declaration of a crime by the relevant bodies in the field of changing illegal uses that have been subject to the passage of time, in addition to becoming a source of fruitless cases in the judiciary, is also an escape route for violators.” Created.
