Hojjat-ul-Islam wal-Muslimeen Mohseni Ajeei stated: My feeling is that our farmers and the relevant officials in this field are not aware of their position and role for the advancement and development of agriculture and the connection of this category with the all-round development of the country as they should. Therefore, it is necessary to increase public awareness about the role of agriculture in strengthening the independence and security of the country.

Referring to the high importance of the two elements “water” and “soil” in agriculture, the head of the judicial system considered the optimal use of these two elements to be a very basic category and said: Our farmer alone cannot mechanize the affairs related to agriculture and farming. ; Therefore, the private sector must enter in this case; The entry of the private sector into this important category depends on the support and security of investment.

The head of the judiciary further pointed out the importance of improving the status of the distribution network of agricultural products and eliminating middlemen in this matter and said: Our farmer harvests the product with many troubles and difficulties, but he has little income from the sale of this product. On the other hand, the same product sometimes reaches the consumer at a high price; Therefore, reforming the distribution network of agricultural products is an important and necessary category.

Referring to the problem of contradictions and differences in the expertise of some cases, which is considered as one of the causes of delaying the proceedings and imposing costs on the people and litigants, the head of the judiciary mentioned an example in this field and said: for example, in a case related to a Excavated land in Tehran, within 5 months, we witnessed a huge difference in the pricing of the said land from the well-known experts; The same differences and contradictions in experts lead to damages and adverse consequences in the matter of justice.

He clarified: On the other hand, sometimes, in some accidents, it is necessary to conduct an expert several times; In auctions and tenders and receiving documents and many other examples, it is also necessary to conduct expertise; In some cases, this multiplicity of experts and the costs associated with them discourage people, especially the poor, from continuing to pursue the case; Therefore, you parliamentarians should also help to reduce the problems related to expertise and move in the direction of reducing the costs of legal proceedings and official expertise for the general public, especially the poor.
