Ayatollah Raisi continued: Today, in the second step of the Islamic revolution, the issue of justice is a beacon for all officials and people by following what was emphasized in the statement of the second step of the Supreme Leader.
He added: “Execution of justice is a duty and everyone should participate in this duty.” The officials as the responsibility and the people as observers and those who are concerned in this area should have the feeling that justice is being implemented in the society.
The Head of the Judiciary stated: Even if this issue is neglected, this sense should be strengthened in the society with the duty of enjoining the good and forbidding the bad, ugliness, ugliness and hatred. If in a famous place, Turks and menacing are done, people should feel responsible.
Ayatollah Raeesi emphasized that one of the indicators of the implementation of justice in the society is the important project of national and public supervision, or in Quranic terms, it is the command of the good and the forbidding of the evil. Our students and clerics see the problems of the society and observe the social, economic and cultural issues.
He emphasized: In society, one should be sensitive to pains and concerned about concerns. The sense of responsibility is a blessed thing, and it is mentioned in our narration that if there was no spirit of enjoining good and forbidding evil in a society, that society would be dead.
Ayatollah Raisi stated that the martyrs are our eyes and the light of our path and the culture of martyrdom, sacrifice, jihad and resistance in the country should never diminish, and said: Anyone who has a relationship with this valuable collection should feel responsible for it. .
The head of the judiciary emphasized on the restoration of public rights and stated: The prosecutor has a duty to act as a public prosecutor where public rights have been violated.
People’s opinion should be taken into account
He stated that Imam Khomeini’s (RA) view of the people was not a ceremonial one, and said: If Imam (RA) had said: The measure of the nation’s vote, there would have been no ceremonies and he deeply believed in this matter. Our opinion is that the offer referendum should pay attention to people’s opinions and views, and people should not be surprised and should be aware of the issues.
Ayatollah Raisi clarified: In important decisions in which people have a role, public persuasion, finding information, giving role and counting people as Muharram is definitely the right thing to do.
The head of the Judiciary pointed out: The most important work of this country has been done in the light of the presence of the people, and as an official, I consider all the expressions of kindness towards the judicial system throughout the country as a huge support.
Ayatollah Raeesi said: “The youth, Hizbullahists and intellectuals today encourage brave and just judges to deal with economic corruption.”
He stated: Today, people in mosques, universities, and departments declare their readiness to help the judicial system in performing its duties, and this huge support and dense human resources, especially in the field of youth, should be considered as an opportunity.
The head of the judiciary added: We emphasized to our colleagues that this collection should be considered as an opportunity for the judicial system.
Referring to the speech of one of the attendees, he said: “If the corrupt structure is reformed and the institutions perform their legal duties, the turn of the judicial system will be very rare.” In the case of law-abiding people, if things are done according to the procedure, the turn of the judicial system will be less.
Ayatollah Raisi noted: In the judicial system and in the set of administrative organizations of the country, honesty, dignity, service to the people should be important indicators of communication with the society and the people.
Ayatollah Raeesi went on to say that everyone should look at issues in this way and take this view into consideration, and said: As God Almighty said that if the Prophet’s wives do a good deed, they will have two rewards and if they do an ugly deed, they will have two punishments. Ayatollah Raisi clarified: All officials and stakeholders should pay attention to the people’s issues and their wishes, to the students’ issues, to the people’s table and livelihood, to the city, the village, the worker and the farmer, and this It is completely correct and sober, which is emphasized by all of us.
The judiciary considers itself obliged to defend the rights of the people
The head of the judiciary noted: We believe that looking after the people, their wishes and rights is everyone’s duty, and the judiciary considers itself obliged to defend the people’s rights. We will not compromise people’s rights in any way; You should also pray that we find success in being responsible for what we are responsible for, and that the hope that has been created in the hearts of the good today, God willing, will increase, and that the despair and hopelessness that the enemies have found, will also increase, God willing.
He went on to say: Pray that we too can live up to what the martyrs, veterans and martyrs have drawn for us in doing our duty and in doing what is required by Sharia and the law and in doing what is required by the implementation of justice. We should not recognize it as a religious duty or as a revolutionary goal, and we should not consider any obstacle as an obstacle for us.
