The head of the judiciary clarified: For example, a person currently has a bank debt of more than 5 thousand billion tomans, and he received a part of this amount from the bank as a facility to enter the field of production. But he bought land with this facility, and now the value of that land has increased 10 times; When this person is wanted and there is an intention to deal with him legally, he says that I am a manufacturer and I have several thousand workers.

The head of the judicial system further pointed out the importance of the category of strength and thoroughness of contracts from the producers and economic activists and said: sometimes it is observed that the contracts concluded in the production and economic sectors do not have the necessary strength and thoroughness; After a dispute occurs between the parties to the contract, the judicial system sets the criterion and standard of judgment on that concluded contract, and in this situation, a person who has suffered and believes that his production has been damaged by the court’s decision must ensure that at the time of drafting the contract of diligence He has not done what is necessary and has not paid attention to the dimensions and aspects of this matter; Therefore, it is necessary for economic activists and producers to pay special attention to the strength and thoroughness of the contracts they conclude.

Referring to the importance of giving space to efficient managers, the head of the judiciary said: I believe that always and especially in the current situation, it is necessary to give space to efficient people and managers, and for these people and managers who increase the productivity and quality of production and inject motivation They give more privileges to their forces compared to other people and managers.

Qazi al-Qadat added: When we want to evaluate a manager, we must pay attention to various indicators and components and know in what time conditions and with what limitations and problems a manager takes a decision or performs an action; If we do not consider these indicators and components, our evaluation will be wrong and we will be out of the circle of justice; Our supervisory departments should also pay attention to this and consider the time conditions and existing limitations in evaluating managers.

He further pointed to the need to open more space for the private sector to operate and be effective and said: “Unfortunately, sometimes we are faced with contradictory words, decisions and laws regarding entrusting work to the private sector.”

Hojjat-ul-Islam wal-Muslimin Mohseni Ajeei stated: The private sector and unions should enter more and more prominently into the field of issues and problems, and it is necessary to explain the problems and harms and provide expert opinions; I feel that the private sector is not present in the field as strongly as it should be and does not come to the field to explain and confirm its own scientific opinions.
