Ayatollah Ra’isi said: “Thank God, this province has experienced the presence of a bright and shining face like Ayatollah Shahid Sadoughi Rezvan Allah Almighty, whose management as a religious scholar and as an axis in this province and in this region is truly exemplary.” . He added: The Supreme Leader of the Revolution said in Friday prayers that we must build a strong Iran. Strong Iran wants strong management; Iran wants a strong economy; Strong Iran demands strong fair judgment; Iran needs strong comprehensive oversight; These are strong Iranian demands. We all have a role to play in shaping a strong Iran. Thank God, a lot has been done today and it has become clear to the world that the Islamic system is a powerful system.
The head of the judiciary stated: “Of course, we have a number of issues and problems that the enemy thinks can hit us because of these problems, one of which is economic problems.” The enemy thinks that with impulses it can affect this economy and be able to achieve its goals. We need to build a strong economy that will protect our system from shocks, and a lot needs to be done. The militant movement of Mr. Soleimani, the role model of the great martyr, as a school, as a way, as a struggle and faith along with righteous deeds, should be a model for all of us.
Ayatollah Ra’isi pointed out: A lot of work has been done and God Almighty has rewarded everyone who has worked so far, but a different thing must be done. Regarding the issue of drinking water mentioned by the regional water management, I would like to say whether it is about water shortage or water management? In the 17 years that they mentioned, because I have a fondness for South Khorasan, I am not unaware of the water shortage and drought in the region. Our belonging has enabled us to communicate and be informed. The same amount of water that exists in the region, can be used with optimal management to maximize productivity.
He continued: When I was in Isfahan, I told Mr. Mohseni Ejei, the first deputy of the Judiciary, who also knew about it, a meeting with the governors of all four neighboring provinces and the water managers and the Ministry of Energy and parts of the judiciary that are responsible in this regard, such as the Inspection Organization. And leave the Court of Administrative Justice and pursue the issue of water, and Ali al-Qaeda should follow this process with the Ministry of Energy, the governors and the regional water officials in order to reach a decision.
We have a water shortage issue and a management issue in the water category. Deficiencies can be remedied with careful management, and you are the manager and you know wherever you do not have credit; But you prioritize and you get the job done. In management, money is not always an issue; Sometimes efficient manpower is not working and you make a move and this is the management so that you can increase productivity with the same manpower and with the same budget and credits and you can get closer and closer to that goal point.
Ayatollah Ra’isi said: Yazd province and its headquarters complex along with these three neighboring provinces are decisive in the issue of water, and God willing, steps should be taken in the direction of water management and effective solutions should be followed in this issue. The issue of water is a very important issue. I am not saying that there is enough water in the area; But I’m saying that with water management, there are steps that can be taken to address many of the priorities and make up for some of the shortcomings.
He added: “Another point is that what the friends mentioned about the judiciary, the inspection organization and Mr. Darvishian are following, and what is related to Yazd province, Mr. Dehshiri, the director general of justice, will follow up on a case-by-case basis.” Our problem is not a matter of case. We need to reach a common ground in water management in this area so that the work can be followed up through the Ministry of Energy and the governors.
The head of the judiciary added: “The next point is the issue of immigration.” Here are some statistics on immigrants; I have statistics of 120 thousand and 100 thousand and less. I have five or six reports from Yazd province, all of which I adapted and the statistics were not accurate; But if we say more than 100,000, we have given the right statistics; Because I am bound to tell the statistics correctly. It is necessary to have a strategy in this case.
The head of the judiciary pointed out that the issue of immigration has security, social, economic and cultural aspects, and therefore there is a need for a serious strategy in the immigration issue. The question is, what should our field managers do in this case? There must be a precise strategy. I am ready to accompany you in this regard; Provide a mechanism in the province and follow it in the high councils, and give me the results through the Chief Justice, which will be presented in the council of the three branches, if necessary. Finally, we must have a clear strategy regarding immigration, to give it to the institutions and say that this is the strategy of the system.
He added: “You may say that this issue will go through a process in the parliament and a law will be passed;” However, I believe that in this case, according to some of the guidelines that we have from the Supreme Leader of the Revolution and some of the major policies that are clear in the country, we can formulate strategies that will be implemented in the field. Mr. Governor, follow this issue, and I will follow it, so that, God willing, we can reach a specific strategy on the issue of immigration, part of which is related to us in the judiciary, and its overflows come to us, and a serious part goes to cultural and social issues. And many of the managers we serve are involved. Their task must be clarified, and we must have a serious job in this case as well.
Ayatollah Ra’isi said: “Cooperation and coordination in Yazd province is the basis for any action and step towards development.” This is very blessed. Really, this coordination and cooperation, which is centered between the esteemed representative of the Supreme Leader and with the service of each of the managers, is among the managers of Yazd province, and his friends also mentioned it, is a blessing and any marginalization should be avoided. It just has to be done. A strong economy needs work, and you really can’t figure out a strong economy by marginalization. You have to go to the text of the works and that is what Haj Qasim did. Haj Qasim had nothing to do with the margins. He went to the square and did righteous deeds and struggled, and the result was peace in the region. The result was the elimination of ISIS and ISIS, and this is what should be considered a model of cooperation for us.
He added: Yazd province has a lot of knowledge-based work. One of my plans was to go to one of the science and technology parks in Yazd province, but unfortunately I did not have the opportunity. The academic stream here is a very valuable stream; There is a very good academic staff in Yazd province and the number of students in the province is significant. This is a scientific context. As friends have pointed out, when you connect science to practice, you are actually doing some kind of crime prevention. One of the high crime rates in Yazd province is traffic violations and offenses. This is the highest crime rate in Yazd province. We need to examine what should be done to prevent this from happening?
The head of the judiciary pointed out: “These require both scientific work and field and executive work.” This is where universities should come to the aid of the executive apparatus. Do we always have to see that the highest number of justice cases in Yazd province is accidents and driving offenses? It should not be like this and we should solve this problem and it can be solved. It is true that Yazd is located in the middle of the country and its transportation roads are difficult; We all know these; However, this is not a beautifier of Yazd province and it should be a decision that the situation should not continue like this.
Ayatollah Raisi, emphasizing the need to activate the regional economy in accordance with the conditions of each province, said: “I raised the issue of maritime economy in Hormozgan province, and in East Azerbaijan province, the issue of activating cyberspace economy was emphasized, and in Yazd province, I announced That the tourism economy of this province should be activated.
He said that the civilized, historical and cultural city of Yazd needs to activate its economy, adding: “Pakistanis have a good cyberspace economy and Indians earn money in cyberspace according to our oil money.” Now, considering that our students and researchers are doing an excellent job in the field of programming, this issue should be strengthened.
The head of the judiciary, pointing out that the tourism economy is very important, clarified: the issue of health is also very important in Yazd province and it is one of the issues in which good work should be done.
Ayatollah Ra’isi considered accountability, transparency and the fight against corruption as three important principles that should always be considered by all managers and reminded: a brave, strong and courageous manager in performance who removes obstacles in performing his duties and Follow him carefully and boldly, not only the judiciary but all the organs in the country should support him.
The head of the judiciary stated: The director in the country must work with power. It is not possible to build a strong economy with trembling hands and hearts, and it must be pursued with a strong heart in order for this strong economy to take shape, and of course, with the efforts of loved ones, this strong economy will take shape, God willing.
Referring to the issue of mines in Yazd province, he added: “In relation to this issue, nominally we have 440 mines; But currently only about 170 mines are active. Now the question is why the mines are no longer active? Both the governor and the inspection organization should follow why there is such a difference between the total number of mines and active mines in Yazd province, which is one of the mining hubs of the country.
Ayatollah Ra’isi continued: The problem of unemployment rate in Yazd province should not be like this and efforts should be made to solve this problem.
On the subject of tourism, he added: “Development of tourism and active economy does not mean worrying about laziness; Rather, it means that today there are many domestic and foreign tourists who are willing to abide by all our rules, and if the rules are explained to them when they enter the country, they will undoubtedly abide by them. The courage to follow the law may have an Iranian or a foreigner, which is an example; But this is not generally the case; Therefore, tourism can be developed while we do not have its anomalies, which is undoubtedly feasible and actionable.
The head of the judiciary, referring to the issue of “Foolad Meybod” that was raised in the meeting, said: “This issue should be followed up by the inspection organization and in this regard, help should be sought from friends in Yazd province.” The issue of “Shirkuh” must also be followed up and put on the agenda of this organization to reach an end.
Recalling the importance of non-governmental organizations and NGOs, he added: “We are creating a mechanism to activate Article 66 of the Code of Criminal Procedure so that we can define a framework for non-governmental organizations to play the role of public participation in many issues.” Be.
Ayatollah Ra’isi further referred to the issue of the House of Worship and stated that the House of Worship should be maintained and upgraded, adding: “Some social harms are not compatible with Yazd province and a lot of work needs to be done in this regard.”
