Referring to the significant legal powers that the organization of the medical system has in different levels and affairs, the head of the judiciary said: In order to support the patient and the community of doctors, the organization of the medical system has desirable legal powers in organizational areas. It is supervisory, educational, recruitment, etc., and it is expected that the organization will use all its legal capacities to promote and further promote medicine in the country and support the patient.

The head of the judiciary also referred to the issue of referring medical complaints simultaneously to the Organization of the Medical System and the Organization of Forensic Medicine and the injuries caused by this, and asked the authorities to investigate and count the cases supervising this issue. At the same time, the head of the judiciary considered it unnecessary to handle the cases of doctors who are unrelated to their profession and medical practice in a special branch.

Jafari Namin also referred to the simultaneous submission of some cases to the Forensic Medicine Organization and the Medical System Organization, which sometimes leads to conflicting votes, and called on the judiciary to plan and process a circular to issue such cases only to the system.
