According to the public relations report of the Armed Forces Judicial Organization, Ayatollah Dejkam, the representative of the religious jurist in Fars province, considered the nature of human existence to be oblivion and emphasized that it is necessary to educate and inform a person who has been trained before.
Imam Juma of Shiraz, referring to the possibility of mistakes by any person, added: In the Islamic Republic of Iran, conditions should be provided in such a way that there is a possibility of correction and return of the person who made the mistake.
Appreciating the policy of the judicial organization of the armed forces to reform the guilty person and return him to the society, he considered this procedure as a good and Islamic procedure.
At the end of his speech, Wali Faqih’s representative in Fars province, referring to the high number of soldiers serving in Fars province and the geographical dispersion of military units, suggested the establishment of special regions of the judicial organization of the armed forces at the province level and considered it to increase the efficiency of this organization.
In this meeting, Hojjatul-Islamwalul-Muslimin Bahrami pointed out the sensitivity of the activities and the role of the judicial organization of the armed forces in maintaining the order and discipline of the armed forces and said: on the one hand, this organization has the duty of dealing with crimes and violations committed at the level of the armed forces, and on the other hand, the offender He should be warned of punishment in such a way that he is ready to return to service, and this issue doubles the complexity of the work of the judicial organization of the armed forces.
He said about the 22-year implementation of crime prevention policies by the judicial organization of the armed forces and added: So far, four five-year crime prevention programs have been implemented and we are currently implementing the fifth program, the focus of which is the implementation of preventive policies by the armed forces themselves. And the role of the Armed Forces Organization in this program is to monitor the implementation of these policies.
Referring to the awareness programs of the Judicial Organization of the Armed Forces at the level of military and law enforcement units, this judicial official said: Today, there is no unit in the country in which awareness programs have not been implemented, and the Supreme Leader approved these programs, and the Judicial Organization of the Armed Forces They encouraged the development of education.
