According to the report of the Public Relations of the Justice of Kurdistan Province, the meeting of the Council of Deputies, chaired by Mohammad Reza Motaqeb, Chief Justice of Kurdistan Province, was held in the General Assembly Hall.

The Chief Justice of Kurdistan Province in this meeting stated that the organization of the pending cases was the result of a collective work and the product of the efforts of judicial and administrative colleagues in the province during the last few months; He emphasized: with the proper implementation of the notification instructions and the continuation of this work and in order to fulfill the promise of the esteemed head of the judiciary to the Supreme Leader (Dam Zoleh Al-Ali), it is appropriate to assign the remaining pending cases of the province as soon as possible.

The head of the Judicial Council of Kurdistan Province added: “We hope that with the efforts of the judicial and administrative colleagues of the Judiciary of Kurdistan Province, the necessary speed in the proceedings and minimizing the time of hearing cases and scheduling out of office hours will be achieved and the trial will be prevented.”

Mottaqeb pointed out: In the judiciary of Kurdistan province and in the last three months of 1398, 9936 cases and in the first quarter of 1399, 3871 cases were postponed. Postponed, a total of 17,345 pending cases in the judiciary of Kurdistan province were closed during this period, taking into account this statistic.

It is worth mentioning the quantitative and qualitative analysis of statistical data and performance statistics of the judicial districts of the province in terms of inventory of cases and assignment of pending cases subject to the instructions of the Judiciary and the volume of incoming and closing cases, evaluation of the latest situation in the province Electronic communication, judicial documents and electronic proceedings, the issue of reducing the criminal population of prisons and dealing decisively with thugs in the cities were other important topics discussed in this meeting.

In the continuation of this meeting, each of the deputies expressed their views and opinions, and at the end of the meeting, the meeting ended with the approval of resolutions.
