According to the Public Relations of the General Justice of East Azerbaijan Province, Musa Khalilollahi stated at the meeting of the National Land Protection Council of the East Azerbaijan Province, referring to the implementation of the Comprehensive Law on Hadd Negar: Negar is one of the examples of public rights in order to establish property rights.
He added: “Until this issue is not realized, part of the measures will not lead to results and the only way to prevent land grabbing is the strict implementation of the comprehensive law of Hadgar.”
The Chief Justice of East Azerbaijan Province noted: “In line with the implementation of the law, the Provincial Registry Office has acted well and the leap in the implementation of this law in the province has been excellent compared to previous years.”
He continued: Regarding the implementation of the comprehensive law on limitation, all relevant agencies must take effective measures and be accountable within 2 months, otherwise, if there is no will to do so, it will be pursued through the judiciary.
Khalilollahi continued by emphasizing the reflection of the measures taken in order to implement the comprehensive law of Hadnagar in order to prevent land grabbing, said: The measures taken in the province in order to implement the comprehensive law of Hadnagar are among the strengths of the province that should be informed to the people.
