Referring to the expectations and rights that people have from judges, especially clerical judges, the head of the judiciary said: We clerical judges should have the highest standards and levels in various ways, including in words, behavior, ethics and fair approach. .
The Head of the Judiciary continued to emphasize the necessity of a comprehensive pathology of various judicial departments and procedures, and while recommending the judges to fully participate in this pathological process, he said: There may be problems and deficiencies in some judicial authorities and procedures, which the most knowledgeable The people with these problems and shortcomings are the judges and judicial officials themselves; Therefore, all of them should work together to resolve such issues.
Hojjat-ul-Islam wal-Muslimin Mohseni Ajei continued addressing the judges and said: Each of you who have ideas, plans and programs to solve the problems of the judiciary and have the ability to solve the problems with the existing facilities and capabilities, while providing guarantees Do these things, declare your readiness and be sure that we welcome this issue.

Hojjat-ul-Islam wal-Muslimin Mohseni Ajeei continued by referring to the issue of the arrestees of the recent riots, while instructing the judges to avoid naivety and undue sympathy and issuing weak sentences to the main elements of these riots, to separate and differentiate between those main elements and less guilty people. And neglected emphasized and said: Misplaced compassion and weak rulings are the main elements of oppression to the people and the future, but at the same time, several stages of reconciliation should be considered for the people who are included among the less guilty elements during the recent disturbances. In the first stage, with planned arrangements and changing appointments, these people will be released until the court is held; In the second stage, if during the period of freedom and waiting for the court to be held, they have regretted and punished for their committed act and prove this remorse and punishment in their actions, the issuance of their verdict will be subject to reconciliation; In the next stage, after the verdict and conviction, if they show good behavior and it is ensured that they will not commit the crime again, they will face the legal establishment.
