The head of the judiciary considered the hope of the people and especially the youth for the future as another important issue and in this regard he said: Our young compatriots want to know what their future prospects are. Stating that the realization and strengthening of social justice is one of the things that lead to an increase in public trust and hope for the future, the head of the judiciary clarified: we are far from the expected social justice that we believe in, and we must pay attention that every amount If we delay in promoting the category of social justice, we will face problems in the future.
In this regard, he also avoided the issue of people’s livelihood and said: If we cannot provide for the livelihood and economic status of the people and their world and the hereafter, the mentioned trust will be distorted; Therefore, today the issue of livelihood, economy and employment is one of the most important and priority issues.
Hojjat-ul-Islam wal-Muslimin Mohseni Ajeei, referring to the high importance of the category of culture and education of the new generation, considering that Aban 13, Student’s Day, is coming, said: In the matter of education and training of the new generation, which during the last decade, mainly through have followed the virtual space, we need an extraordinary, jihadi and revolutionary work and in this field we are not at the optimal point and we are behind; If this generation is not familiar with religious teachings and pure Islam, what can we expect from them?
Referring to the convergence and interaction of the three powers in the new era, the head of the judiciary stressed the need to design and formulate mechanisms for more consistent interactions between the powers to advance the affairs of the people and the country.
The Head of the Judiciary also pointed to the announcement of the general policies of the 7th plan, emphasized on the development and completion of this plan as soon as possible and the approval of the budget bill for the next year.
The Head of the Judiciary, while referring to the Memorandum of Understanding on the cooperation between the Judiciary and the Islamic Council regarding solving the problems of the people, said: We must increase the capacities of the agreement concluded between the Judiciary and the Parliament and, if necessary, add clauses to it so that the process of consensus and Facilitate and speed up the cooperation of these two forces in solving the problems of the country and the people.
Hojjat-ul-Islam wal-Muslimin Mohseni Ajeei continued by referring to the issues raised by the representatives of the country’s internal affairs commission and parliament councils regarding the functioning and mechanisms of the Administrative Court of Justice, especially in issues such as Article 100 commissions and city and village council elections. The Court of Administrative Justice is, if not more important than the judiciary, but it is certainly not less important either; Therefore, you MPs also, if you think that the structure and law related to the Administrative Court of Justice need to be changed, then announce the relevant matters.
Specifically, in connection with the issue of city and village council elections in 1400 and the cases presented in this regard in the Administrative Court, he assigned the Director General of the Office of the Judiciary, with the cooperation of the head of the Administrative Court and members of the Majlis Councils Commission, within one to two months. In the future, they should complete the handling of the cases related to the said elections.
The head of the judicial system further emphasized the need for the three forces and organizations to help each other as much as possible in order to deal more diligently with phenomena such as land use change, encroachment and encroachment on national lands and natural resources, and the boundaries and beds of rivers and beaches. The Head of the Judiciary also mentioned the issue of converting ordinary documents into official documents, which was raised in the speeches of some members of the Internal Affairs Commission and the Majlis Councils, and emphasized that this matter should be on the agenda.
