According to the Public Relations Department of the Judiciary, the meeting of the Supreme Council of the Human Rights Headquarters of the Islamic Republic was held in the presence of Hojjatoleslam and Muslims Mohseni Ejei, the head of the council and members.

In this meeting, “Shamkhani” Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Hojjatoleslam and Muslims “Khatib” Minister of Information, “Vahidi” Minister of Interior, “Ismaili” Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance, “Rahimi” Minister of Justice, Hojjatul Islam and Muslims ” Mortazavi Moghadam, President of the Supreme Court, Hojjatoleslam and Muslims The Supreme National Security, Alavi, Legal Deputy of the Secretariat of the Supreme National Security Council, Sardar Eskandari, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs Deputy of the NAJA, and Saremi, Head of the Judiciary, were present.

Hojjatoleslam and Muslims Mohseni Ejei in this meeting with condolences on the martyrdom of Hazrat Siddique Tahereh (PBUH) and commemorating the second anniversary of the martyrdom of Sardar Delha and the glorious soldier of Islam Haj Qasem Soleimani and his comrades, from the actions taken by various agencies and institutions including the High Security Council Melli and the secretary of this council praised the defense of the Islamic Republic of Iran during the human rights attacks of foreigners.

Hojjat-ul-Islam and Muslims Mohseni Ejei, stating that the Westerners are trying to turn one of the strengths of the Islamic Republic of Iran overseeing the protection of human rights into a weakness and the focus of their attacks, said: The teachings and definitions of Islam regarding human beings and human rights are not found in any other school, and in this transcendent school, the highest sin is to prevent man from reaching the highest destination.

The head of the judiciary, stating that the orders of the transcendent school of Islam in the form of orders and prohibitions are supervised and focused on not creating any obstacles and inconveniences in the path of human beings towards the truth, clarified: The school of Islam to eliminate conflicts in the direction of human beings Truth has strong primary and secondary commands and decrees, and on this basis, God has given two blessings and a guarantee of freedom and reason to human beings.

Hojjat al-Islam wal-Muslimin Mohseni Ejei referred to the issue of blatant human rights violations by Westerners and, at the same time, their false claims in this regard, saying: , Now for other nations, define human and human rights! In fact, those who today commit the most inhumane and heinous crimes against human beings, and with their plots, conspiracies, aggressions and occupations, displace the oppressed people in different parts of the world and try to kill them and destroy the infrastructure of their countries. And they are waging war between countries to boost their arms sales, now they are claiming human rights!

The head of the Supreme Council of the Human Rights Headquarters of the Islamic Republic, stating that we should not have a passive approach in the field of human rights, clarified: Why should Westerners form international human rights organizations and make decisions for us and other independent nations in the field of human rights? ! There is a need for fundamental changes in this area with the cooperation of other independent and freedom-loving nations based on the transcendent definition of human beings.

The head of the judiciary continued by emphasizing the need to strengthen the structure of the Human Rights Headquarters of the Islamic Republic of Iran, stating: “Our main goal in the field of human rights is to influence at the global level based on the transcendent and life-giving teachings of the Islamic school; Achieving this high and important goal is not possible with the existing structure, so it is necessary to strengthen the human rights headquarters.

Hojjat-ul-Islam and Muslims Mohseni Ejei, emphasizing the importance of adopting an offensive and demanding approach to human rights in the global arena, said: If we want to have an active and offensive approach to human rights issues, we must fully observe human rights issues and Complete forecasting of categories, dimensions and examples in this field and long-term foresight in this regard; It is also necessary to define and explain our human rights strategies and to develop programs and actions in this regard, and if necessary, to legislate and possibly restructure.

The head of the Supreme Council of the Human Rights Headquarters stated: “It is very thought-provoking that the United States, as the biggest supporter of terrorism and the biggest perpetrator and promoter of terrorism in the world, accuses our country of supporting terrorism!” Or Canada, with its anti-human rights case that recently shocked the world over the genocide of indigenous children in this country, often becomes the founder of human rights resolutions against our country.

The head of the judiciary said: The position of the Human Rights Headquarters of the Islamic Republic should be promoted and it is necessary for the Islamic Republic to be in charge of this important issue, because on the one hand we have many teachings and achievements in the field of human rights and on the other hand attacks and Inadequate human rights impositions on our country and our system come from the West.

The Head of the Judiciary emphasized on the joint efforts of all relevant agencies and ministries in consolidating the achievements of the human rights of the country and the system, and said: Specialized human rights departments should be formed to observe human rights issues and examples inside and outside the country, to provide the necessary points of view and suggestions in this field to the responsible agencies such as the Human Rights Headquarters to witness a kind of coherence and integration in this sector.

Hojjat-ul-Islam and Muslims Mohseni Ejei, stating that the Human Rights Headquarters is a multifaceted institution, referring to the measures and actions of the judiciary in order to revive public rights and promote legitimate freedoms and support the individual and social rights of individuals, stated: Judiciary considers the protection of public rights and the rights of the accused as one of our main and priority responsibilities, and one of the issues emphasized by the judiciary in recent times is monitoring the actions of officers while maintaining their authority; We strongly urge the relevant authorities to refrain from unnecessary detentions and sentencing, and to take special care to protect the dignity of the general public, even the accused and the convicted.

In another part of the meeting, “Gharibabadi”, Secretary of the Human Rights Headquarters, presented a report on the latest developments in human rights and the forthcoming perspective, and referring to the change in the composition of the Human Rights Front as a political tool against the Islamic Republic of Iran, said: The West and the United States are turning human rights as a project against our country and using all kinds of mechanisms and capacities to advance this project. In this regard, they have nothing to do with progress and policies to protect human rights in Iran.

In this regard, he stressed the need to change the structure of our country’s human rights and said: In this regard, the adaptability of the structure and tasks of the Human Rights Headquarters to current developments and the design of offensive, defense, explanatory, interactive and media programs by the Human Rights Headquarters It is necessary, of course, that it is in action.

Gharibabadi also announced the development of a mechanism to determine the duties of the Human Rights Headquarters on domestic issues related to the field of human rights and the establishment of a human rights monitoring center in the headquarters.

Shamkhani, the secretary of the Supreme National Security Council, said that human rights issues are one of the foundations of the authority of different countries in the world, adding: “According to the Supreme Leader of the Revolution, we must defend the rights of the oppressed and downtrodden in the world.”

The Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council, referring to the plans for defending the rights of the oppressed and oppressed in our country, stressed the need to strengthen and provide quantitative and qualitative support to the Human Rights Headquarters and this headquarters as one of the defensive as well as offensive levers. Shamkhani also called for the training of human rights-related bodies and institutions and said: “It is necessary for the judiciary, which is at the forefront of the Islamic Republic of Iran in areas related to human rights, to extend acceptable human rights standards in this regard.”

Hojjat-ul-Islam and Muslims “Khatib”, the Minister of Information, in his speech, referring to the significant role of domestic and foreign non-governmental organizations in issues related to human rights, stressed the need for special attention to domestic and foreign non-governmental organizations.

While praising the head of the judiciary for holding a public court hearing on the case of the assassination of Martyr Soleimani and his comrades, the Minister of Information said: “We need to be more active in the field of aggressive approach in the field of human rights issues.”

Interior Minister Vahidi also stated that the goals of the Human Rights Headquarters inside and outside the country should be clearly defined and timed: “We need to be more active in international conventions and move away from the passive position of the past.”

Ismaili, the Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance, also stressed the need to strengthen the scientific and research department of the Human Rights Headquarters, to benefit from academic research, as well as to change the human rights approach of the Islamic Republic of Iran from defensive to offensive.

It is worth mentioning that in this meeting, three agendas were reviewed and approved by the members.
