The Head of the Judiciary, referring to the shortcomings of the judiciary in terms of manpower, equipment and facilities, explained some of the efforts made in the recent period to improve the living conditions of judicial colleagues.

The Chief Justice also recommended to the Chief Justice of Bushehr Province to provide the conditions for visits and visits of provincial officials and members of parliament in this province from judicial centers and authorities, including prisons and forensics, so that these officials and trustees in the executive and legislative departments with deficiencies Get to know the judicial system and the services provided to people in this system.

The head of the judicial system further pointed to the important category of economy and stated: Today, the enemy is making an all-out effort to put economic pressure on our people and our country. Therefore, it is necessary to increase our effort to help the government in economic categories, including removing business obstacles and helping the export and import process.

Referring to the steps that have been taken in the field of solving the problems and damages of the banking system, he said: We have asked the banks not to take profit contrary to the circular approved by the Central Bank and to fix the damages in the allocation of currency and providing facilities. On the other hand, we have entered into the collection of bank arrears and have provided assistance to the banking system in this regard.

The head of the judiciary further pointed to the category of damages and problems that exist in the field of importing goods into the country and stated: the process of registering an order for importing goods and allocating currency in this category is a very problematic cycle in the country.

He added: It is not compatible with any logic that a product, which has been spent on importing foreign currency to the country, stays on the ship for 3 to 6 months, and for every day that the cargo is not unloaded from the ship, a fee is imposed on the country. On the other hand, we see that some cargoes unloaded at the port are spoiled and abandoned without notifying the customs; These cases cannot be justified in any way.

Referring to his visit this morning to the warehouses of the port, customs and property of Bushehr, Hojjatul Islam and Muslimeen Mohseni Ajeei pointed out the issue of the presence of 30 undecided containers in one of these warehouses and said: some of these containers had no cargo in some parts and in some parts It was clear that the shipments of containers have increased and decreased; On the other hand, the owner of some of these containers was not known; These cases can be grounds for corruption; Necessary measures should be taken to prevent the repetition of such cases.

The head of the Judiciary also said that in recent months, with the cooperation of all three branches, especially the Judiciary and the government, positive and forward-looking measures have been taken in order to organize port warehouses, customs, and the organization of acquired property, which should continue.

In another part of his speech to the judges and judicial staff of Bushehr province, the head of the judicial system gave recommendations to judicial colleagues to provide better services to the people and avoid delays in processing cases, as well as to pay attention to the timely implementation of judicial orders.

Also, during his speech in this meeting, Jamadi, Chief Justice of Bushehr province, referring to the 3% growth in the number of compromises and reconciliations in this province during 1400 compared to 2019, stated: In the first quarter of this year, the number of compromises and reconciliations in Bushehr province reached 33% with an increase of 3%.

The head of justice of Bushehr province also pointed out that 85 cases of inspection and supervision of Bushehr’s customs warehouses and proprietary properties by the judicial authorities of this province were carried out.
