According to the General Department of Public Relations of the Judiciary, Hojjat-ul-Islam wal-Muslimin Mohseni Ajeei, during his trip to Yazd province, during a meeting with the producers, industrialists and entrepreneurs of this province, stating that today the economy is the first issue of the country; He stated: Today we are in an economic war, so we have to create mechanisms that fit these conditions; Accordingly, it is necessary to review the categories related to the economy, including the laws of this field.

Referring to the role of strengthening the economy, production and employment in strengthening the country’s independence and reducing social harms and anomalies, the head of the judiciary said: Our system is a people’s system. On this basis, in order to strengthen the country’s economic and production base, we must get help from the people and help the people together; It is not right to only take help from the people and do not help them and do not involve them in decision-making, but we should take advantage of the capacity and ability of the people and leave the affairs to them.

The Head of the Judiciary stated: I have a hundred percent belief that as much as possible, the problems of each class and stratum should be resolved by using their internal capacities, and in this context, I order the Chief Justice of Yazd Province to form resolution councils. To follow up the dispute in various economic and production guilds of the province in the possible formats, either official or unofficial, and the judicial system provides the necessary legal support in this regard.

Addressing the producers, industrialists and entrepreneurs of Yazdi, the head of the judiciary said: In any case and category, you feel that the law is not being followed or the law is not being fully implemented, reflect the issue to the judicial system so that we can take the necessary follow-up. Pursuing the full implementation of laws in all devices is one of the priorities of our inspection organization.

Hojjatul-Islam Wal-Muslimeen Mohseni Ajei, referring to the category of experts in line with today’s technologies, which was the concern of some Yazdi entrepreneurs and producers, said: In many matters, the law has allowed us to use experts and experts; Based on this, we have the topic of using experts specializing in issues of a new nature on the agenda, and in this regard, we ask for help from you entrepreneurs and industrialists.

Referring to the appreciations received from Yazdi’s entrepreneurs and producers from the judicial system of the province, the head of the judiciary said: Without a doubt, there are complaints from your district to the judicial system; You have expectations from the judiciary to deal quickly, accurately and comprehensively with cases in the field of production and industry; Your expectations are right; But subsequently, you must also be our helper; For example, guild members can assist us in identifying and announcing smugglers, fraudsters, and low sellers of each guild.

In the end, referring to the request of producers and economic activists of Yazd province to allocate special and specialized branches in each branch, the head of the judiciary stressed: It is not possible to consider a special branch for all matters related to production and industry, but this is important. in different parts of the country according to our capabilities; Moreover, in Yazd province, there are also specialized courts overseeing commercial affairs.

It is worth mentioning that, during this meeting, Yazd Governor Fatemi, referring to the establishment of more than 3,600 small and large production and industrial enterprises in Yazd Province, stated: Yazd Province has the highest rate of economic participation and rate ratio. There is employment in the country, which is due to the efforts of Yazdi manufacturers, artisans and entrepreneurs, as well as the unraveling of the judicial system and the resistance economy headquarters of Yazd province.
