Head of the Judiciary at the meeting of the Administrative Council of Yazd Province:
According to the General Directorate of Public Relations of the Judiciary, Hojjat-ul-Islam wal-Muslimin Mohseni Ajeei, during a speech at the meeting of the administrative council of Yazd province, honoring the memory of martyr Ayatollah Sadouqi and other martyrs of the Islamic Revolution, stated: Serving the people and the system is a success. God has given us officials and we should appreciate this opportunity and if we try day and night, we still owe it to the people.
Referring to the issues raised by the officials of Yazd province, the head of the judiciary said: Some of the issues raised by you, the officials of Yazd province, are directly the responsibility of the judiciary, and my responsibility towards them is heavy. Some other issues are not directly under the responsibility of the judicial system, but as the head of the judiciary, I can take care of their proposal in the High Councils, and I will pay attention to doing this.
Referring to the water problem in Yazd province, the head of the judicial system stated: Measures have been taken at the country level in order to increase water resources, organize water sources and use deep water, and projects in these areas have been started in some provinces and have been fruitful. It is necessary to prove their full effectiveness with the continuation of the issue.
Referring to the problem of unauthorized constructions, the head of the judiciary said: If the custodians had fulfilled their duties and responsibilities when these constructions started and stopped these constructions, many of these current problems would not have occurred.
Hojjat-ul-Islam Wal-Muslimin Mohseni Ajei pointed out the need for cooperation and interaction between the governor of Yazd and the representatives of the people of this province in the parliament to equip judicial places to provide better services to the people and said: In the past, for the visits of parliament members and other officials to prisons and judicial authorities, coordination was needed. It used to be or even obstructed, but today we welcome the defiance and visits of parliamentarians and executive officials to prisons and other judicial authorities to observe the deficiencies, and we have provided the conditions for this.
The Head of the Judiciary clarified: I am bound during the provincial trips that everything I promise will be fulfilled and whatever amount of allocation is approved for equipping the judicial places of the provinces will be implemented. During the trip to Yazd, in order to resolve the province’s judicial issues and problems, any amount of credit that is necessary and possible will be allocated.
Referring to the proposal of Ayatollah Naseri, the representative of the jurist in Yazd province, to establish an organization to develop the duty of “enjoining the good and forbidding the evil” under the supervision of the judiciary, he said: “We have no objection to this proposal, of course, if it is established in specialized authorities, Such an organization should be approved, but our emphasis is that there should be a positive approach in the field of cultural issues, and in many cases, police and judicial actions in this field either do not work or at least do not have a quick effect; Although this should be done in some places
The head of the judiciary also stated that the judiciary is ready to take more appropriate measures in order to preserve the cultural heritage of Yazd province.
Hojjat-ul-Islam wal-Muslimin Mohseni Ajeei, referring to the statements of one of the representatives of Yazd province regarding the release of the deranged persons, said: You say that the deranged person is free, I ask you which deranged person is free; On the other hand, you say that people with disabilities should not be given leave; However, some representatives write letters to grant leave to certain people!
He emphasized: Give an example of a person who embezzled and was convicted and is currently free; Of course, it should be noted that granting leave to convicts is a legal matter, which was done especially during the Corona period due to the requirement of the headquarters to deal with Corona, and at one point, 50 thousand prisoners were on leave, and maybe 10 famous people were among them, which is the same. It attracted the attention of public opinion.
Referring to the punishment of thieves and Sharia and legal standards governing it, the head of the judiciary clarified: I emphasize that all the definitive rulings issued must be implemented and if these rulings are not implemented, the reasons should be explained.
Before the speech of the head of the Judiciary, Ayatollah Naseri, the representative of the jurist in Yazd province, pointed out the enemies’ attempt to invade the country culturally and by explaining the values of “enjoining the good” and “forbidding the evil” as two divine obligations. made suggestions in order to expand this obligation at the community level.
Also, in this meeting, “Fatimi”, the governor of Yazd, explained some of the issues of Yazd province, including “drinking water supply”, “mining challenges”, “necessity of legislation and management appropriate to the global context of Yazd”, “damages caused by the advantages of transit of the province, such as the abuse of smugglers” and “the problem of land grabbing and mountain grabbing”.
It is worth mentioning that, in this meeting, “Mirmohammadi”, the head of the assembly of representatives of Yazd province, “Jokar” is the representative of the people of Yazd and Ashkazar cities, “Sabbaghban” is the representative of the people of Bafaq, Abarkoh, Khatam and Mehriz cities, “Dashti” is the representative of the people of Ardakan city and “Mohyedini” The mayor of Yazd expressed his points of view on some issues and problems of Yazd province.
