The head of the judiciary, emphasizing that unhealthiness will not be tolerated for the administrative and judicial system, said: “This unhealthiness is bad for everywhere and worse for the judiciary.” Health is a principle for everyone and is a higher value for the judiciary that should always be considered.

According to the General Directorate of Public Relations of the Judiciary, Ayatollah Ra’isi met with judges and judicial staff of this province at the beginning of his provincial trip to Fars.

Ayatollah Ra’isi, after listening to the statements of those present at the meeting, while appreciating the actions taken in Fars province, especially by judges and judicial staff of this province, said: Today is a great honor for all of us, sincere service to the people and untying the knot They are.

He praised the reports provided by the judicial officials of the province on reducing the number of cases, reducing the criminal population and speeding up the investigation, and emphasized on maintaining the current situation and increasing the quality.

The head of the judiciary, emphasizing that our foundation in investigations is to calm the people, said: “The more the rule of law, attention to legal oversight and the anti-value of oversight are established, the more the people will be calm in this regard.” .

We must pay attention to the demands of the people and untie the knot in their lives

Ayatollah Ra’isi pointed out: “Paying attention to the people, being popular and believing in the people is one of the most important points for everyone, and we must pay attention to what is necessary for democracy, as well as the demands of the people and untying their knots in their lives.”

Referring to the efforts made to ensure the security of the province and appreciation in this regard, he added: “The measures taken to reduce violent crimes and increase security coefficients is a significant point.”

Emphasizing the health of the judiciary and affiliated organizations and promoting this health, the head of the Judiciary stated: The report of the Disciplinary Prosecutor of Judges at the recent meeting of the Supreme Council of the Judiciary stated that we have one percent of violations in the judiciary; But it must be said that that one percent is too much for us. The building of the judiciary is to deal with all violations, especially within itself.

Ayatollah Ra’isi pointed out: “The fact that we are dealing today with cases that are somehow related to the judiciary is due to the will and decision of the judges and staff of the judiciary, who today claim any unhealthiness.”

Asked why the clean, healthy and hard-working collection of our colleagues should be criticized with a few inappropriate moves, he said: “Today, the supporters of anti-corruption and anti-corruption officials within the judiciary are our healthy and sincere employees.” I sincerely thank the judges and staff of the judiciary for their day-to-day efforts along with good mental health.

Unhealthiness will not be tolerated for the administrative and judicial system

Referring to the preservation of the dignity of the judge, staff and associates of the judiciary, clients, defendants and prisoners, he added: Dealing with an offender and an accomplice and a criminal should also be a matter of preserving the dignity.

The head of the judiciary, stating that dignity should always be reflected in the behavior and behavior of colleagues in the judiciary, narrated a story from the Commander of the Faithful (pbuh) in this regard.

Referring to this narration, Ayatollah Ra’isi said that the basis of judges ‘work is religiosity, their guardian is divine piety, their adornment is politeness and the stronghold of judges’ reputation is tolerance, and said: The indecent, the influences, the seditions and the distortions must be taken into consideration and no one should shout out of the way of justice.

He stressed that space constructions should not affect the judiciary, proceedings, decisions and decisions. It is important for the judiciary to discover the truth, to seek justice, and to stand up for the truth.

In another part of his remarks, Ayatollah Ra’isi said: “Preservation of natural resources is very important everywhere.” Attacks on natural resources must be prevented, and land grabbers must not be allowed to seek national reserves and capital in any way, and their hands must be cut off.

He continued: “What you are doing should be pursued by all organizations, especially those that are responsible for preserving national resources and reserves, and the same is true for illegal diversions.”

Violations in the introduction should be prevented so that it is not the turn of the judiciary

The head of the judiciary added: “Violations in the preamble should be prevented so that it is not the turn of the judiciary.” Unauthorized splits If it is pursued by the Ministry of Energy in the preamble to the work, it is not the turn of the judiciary. If something illegal happened in the preliminaries, it should be followed up by the executive apparatus, and we emphasize that this should be done.

The development of arbitration and mediation is one of the programs of the judiciary

Ayatollah Ra’isi stated: “All over the country, we certainly welcome the development of arbitration, mediation and the actions of the Dispute Resolution Council, which can achieve peace and reconciliation before a case wants to enter the judiciary.” One of the programs of this course is the development of arbitration and mediation, and the development of this case can help reduce cases.

Head of Judiciary Afroud: We amended the bill of the Dispute Resolution Council and the Minister of Justice promised that this bill will be submitted to the government as soon as possible and will go to the parliament to clarify the status of employees and determine the legal competencies of the Dispute Resolution Council. Dispute resolution will be fully determined within the next few months.

Pointing to the need for decentralization, he said: “We agree with decentralization, and we agree that any responsibility that can be done in the province should not be taken to the center.” Also, regarding the problems of living and welfare, buildings, tools and equipment, the Deputy Minister of Planning inspected the place instead of the province and the issues were investigated and in the evening meeting which is held with the presence of senior officials of the province The whole judiciary and the Friday prayer leader and the governor will be raised, and we will think about some cases in the province as much as we can, and we will follow the rest in the center.

Ayatollah Ra’isi further stated: The subject of our discussion is the expression of the report of the center and the provincial report to solve the problems that should be done in this regard.

The head of the judiciary said about the colleagues of the prisoners and the report that was presented: “I am aware of the trouble that the colleagues have had in relation to the prisoners during this period.” Giving leave was not an easy task; But they endured this hardship, and sometimes, because our colleagues had to do the work in that situation, they themselves became coronary in prison as well as in the courts.

He continued: “These people were trying to fulfill their organizational duty, in which I should pray both for the patients and for the colleagues who were healed, and I ask God Almighty for their continued health.”

In the final part of his speech, Ayatollah Ra’isi, referring to the orders of the Supreme Leader on the 14th of Khordad in explaining the character of Imam Khomeini, emphasized the need for transformation and transformationism: Agents, ummah, officials and managers must You want to change the Imam of the Nation and the Supreme Leader of the Revolution and make a change in your field.

Ayatollah Ra’isi stated: “People should see the current situation and the desired situation and try to approach the current situation to the desired situation, and this means change.”

The head of the judiciary further said: “People should see what is the difference between the current situation and the desired situation, and what do people expect from a justice at the level of the Islamic Revolution and the administrative organization of the country.”

Unhealth, bribery, corruption, distortions and partisanship should not be in the administrative system of the country

He added: “What should happen in the context of the second step is a change that should make the administrative system of the country at the level of the Islamic Revolution.”

Ayatollah Ra’isi emphasized: Absolutely unhealthiness, bribery, corruption, distortions and partisanship should not be in the administrative system of the country and our managers and officials should be sensitive to any unhealthiness in the administrative system of the country.

The head of the judiciary stressed the need to pay attention to the problems of the people: Managers and officials should be sensitive to solving the problems of the people, especially their livelihood problems.

The head of the judiciary, referring to the need to pay attention to the issue of economy and culture, said: Fars province is a culture-loving province of poetry and literature, and it is a province whose behaviors can be a model for the country. There are valuable resources of poetry and literature here and we have great scholars.

Referring to the position of culture, he said: “Indeed, cultural officials and those involved should be sensitive to cultural issues; Because culture can preserve nationality, Islam and civilization as a valuable reserve for our society.

Ayatollah Ra’isi added: “This issue can be the basis of many norms and elimination of moral and social anomalies.” If we do not take care, social harms will become a crime, and when it becomes a crime, the judiciary will have to deal with it.

Efforts to minimize social harm

Emphasizing the need to try to minimize social harms, the head of the judiciary said: “All those involved in the cultural, economic, monetary and financial affairs of the country should try not to have economic, social and cultural anomalies.” In the field of prevention, we are talking about this: when social and economic anomalies are not dealt with properly, it will become a crime, economic and social corruption, which occurs in the courts and tribunals and must be dealt with.

Emphasizing the need to prevent the occurrence of crime, he said: “I emphasize that all responsible, modeling and cultural institutions should work in this regard and not let the issue become an anomaly, harm and then a crime, and it is the turn of the judiciary.”

It is worth mentioning that at the beginning of the meeting, Hojjatoleslam and Muslims Mousavi said at the beginning of the ceremony that the most important priority of the judiciary in Fars province is to use academic, elite and seminary capacities: “By using these capacities, we were able to increase social capital.”

He added: “Reducing nearly 4,000 cases last year is one of the most important measures in this province.”

The Chief Justice of Fars Province added: “The decrease in long-term cases in this province is noticeable and currently there are only 2 cases over two years.”

Hojjat al-Islam wal-Muslimin Mousavi once again referred to the decrease in the criminal population in this province and said: “About 150 prisoners have been on leave in recent months.”

Haidar Asyabi, stating that the security of Fars province is currently in the best situation in the last three decades, said: “Delayed cases of more than 6 months in the Shiraz court are only 16 cases, which fortunately we are reducing this number.”

The Public Prosecutor and Revolutionary of the capital of Fars province stated: “This year, we witnessed only 4 murders, which shows a decrease in murder compared to last year.”

Ebrahimi, director general of Fars province prisons, said: “160 prisoners have been released using their legal capacity, and this has prevented the spread of coronation.”
