Stating that during the Corona era, nurses were at the forefront of fighting against this disease and serving the people, the head of the judiciary said: Nurses are struggling at all times, but at some times, such as during the Corona era, these struggles become more apparent.

Stating that the position and value of nurses’ work in the minds of the general public and a number of officials is not as clear as it should be, the head of the judiciary addressed the members of the Supreme Council of the Nursing System and clarified: It is necessary for you, the trustees of the nursing system, to Be diligent in explaining the valuable position of nursing and the value of nurses’ work in society.

Referring to the favors and attentions of the Supreme Leader to the value of the work and the high status of nurses and health advocates of the country, the Chief Justice said: The Supreme Leader has a high understanding of the status and value of the work of those involved and active in the nursing community, and on this basis, he provides good support to This hard-working class does it; If all competent officials and trustees in the field of nursing had the same recognition and support, naturally, this group would be treated differently.

Referring to the necessity of meeting the needs and demands of the hard-working and hard-working nurses, the head of the judiciary said: Nursing is one of the professions that directly deals with the physical and mental health of people in the society, and those working in this field must be highly focused. In the end, referring to the issue of the migration of some nurses in the country, which was crystallized as a concern in the words of some members of the Supreme Council of the Nursing System, the head of the judiciary said: generally, many people in different strata, including the hardworking stratum of nurses, have a desire to leave the country. they don’t have; But if their personality is not respected and they face problems in managing their lives, their patience will run out anyway and they may leave their country against their will. Therefore, this issue should be prevented with a series of measures and solutions aimed at supporting nurses, and in this regard, the 13th government is trying to eliminate discrimination and adopt policies to support groups that have less income than others. We also support this approach in the judiciary.

During this meeting, before the speech of the head of the Judiciary, “Jehangir”, the Vice President of Social Affairs and Crime Prevention of the Judiciary, referring to the migration of some nurses abroad, considered the phenomenon of migration as a challenge for all countries and stated: According to documented statistics, the cost of training each nurse in the country is about 2 billion tomans, therefore, by adopting supportive approaches and policies and improving the job status of nurses and ensuring their job security, we should not allow an expert force that spends 2 billion tomans in the country to promote them. Costs are easily migrated.

Also, during this meeting, “Khodaian”, the head of the country’s general inspection organization, presented a report on his organization’s support measures for the hard-working nurses.

The head of the nursing system organization also praised the actions and follow-ups of the officials of the “National Inspection Organization”, “Administrative Justice Court” and “Forensic Medicine” in order to support the nursing profession.
