The prosecutor of East Azarbaijan province, stating that the judicial system supports the implementation of this law with all its might, added: in order to protect the rights and public interests of all executive bodies in a constructive interaction and close cooperation, it is obliged to speed up the implementation of the comprehensive law. They are demarcations.
He emphasized that the rights of the Treasury, the government and individuals should be protected at all times and continued: Although the statistics show the success and effectiveness of the measures taken, there are still gaps that must be identified and compensated.
Alilu stated: We all have a responsibility to public rights and the Treasury, and we should not allow a person or people to play with brokers and abuse legal and executive loopholes to loot national and state lands.
He added: “The judicial system is serious in monitoring the implementation of this law and will investigate the cases of non-compliance by the executive bodies. At the same time, we are ready to help the executive bodies in achieving the goals of this law.”
The prosecutor of the center of East Azarbaijan province said: To fight the phenomenon of land grabbing, to eliminate gambling brokers and to prevent encroachment on national and state lands, the best way is to implement the demarcation protection law, which all the responsible institutions must pay attention to.
The General Prosecutor and the Islamic Revolution of East Azarbaijan province emphasized the need to present a timed action plan by the executive bodies and stated: the relevant managers and officials should set limits and act in line with the goals foreseen in the comprehensive law.
In this meeting, the participating executives, while announcing their readiness, examined the obstacles and problems on the way to the implementation of the Comprehensive Limitation Law and presented solutions to overcome these problems.

Hadnagar Comprehensive Law (Cadastre) was approved in the parliament in 2013 with the aim of combating the phenomenon of land grabbing and preventing encroachment on national lands and safeguarding the treasury and the interests of the government.
