Khazali added: The Women’s Security Promotion Bill has no connection or compliance with the 2030 document. This bill to improve women’s security was a response to the demand of the leader of the revolution.
He reminded: the draft of this bill was written 12 years ago and the 2030 document will not be implemented in our country in any way.
The Vice President for Women and Family Affairs said: The cases that some representatives have regarding giving the right to divorce in case of repeated beatings and employment of women without permission and other issues are not correct and the rulings related to crimes will be investigated in their own place.
Khazali added: I believe that despite the care used in the drafting of the bill, there may be some deficiencies, and the government and the Revolutionary Assembly should fix the problems in a joint commission.
