Stating that the exceptional education approach is that “school management” move towards a participatory model, he said: “In this participatory model, all the pillars of education, which are emphasized in the document of fundamental change, are in management.” And school administration will play a role.

He added: “School principals should provide the ground for the flourishing of students’ talents with strategic thinking, maximum participation and planning, and create a role in” local management “by using the capacity of school executive regulations.”

The head of the Exceptional Education Organization said that one of the priorities of the Exceptional Education Organization is to create coordination and synergy inside and outside the system and said: to provide rehabilitation services to students with special needs, there should be a national division of labor And medical education, welfare organization and insurance to be used to provide these services.

Regarding the shortage of rehabilitation staff and educational space, he said: “The by-laws of the grading criteria of exceptional schools have been compiled to solve the problem of attracting rehabilitation staff and the issue of lack of educational space is being pursued through the School Renovation and Equipment Organization.”

طریفی Hosseini, stating that one of the programs of this organization is to promote the mission of “centers for special learning problems”, said: with the approval of the Exceptional Education Council, three groups: “students with ADHD”, “students with speech problems” and “Spectrum students Autism “As an independent group” will be covered by this organization, and with the development of the mission of the centers for special learning problems, services can be provided to this group of students.

In the end, he called for more coordination between ordinary education and exceptional education and said: “The mission of exceptional education is to deal with specialized educational, rehabilitation and upbringing affairs, and the condition for success in this mission is close cooperation and interaction between provincial education departments.” And cities with exceptional education departments and exceptional schools.
