According to Mehr reporter, Abolfazl Rafiei mentioned the summer leisure programs in Zanjan province at the meeting of the social, cultural and women’s working group of Zanjan province on Saturday afternoon and said: Leisure programs will be implemented with the focus on education.
He stated: Other executive bodies should also cooperate in order to implement these activities as best as possible.
Political and Security Deputy of Zanjan Governor said: With the coordination of Social and Cultural Affairs Office of Zanjan Governorate, these programs should be implemented in a fair manner at the province level so that the residents of marginalized areas also have the necessary participation in these summer programs.
Rafiei pointed to the issue of working children in the province and expressed: In this issue, there is a need for coordination between related departments and regular meetings of the working group centered on the general welfare department of the province.
He added: We must be sure that we have complete nobility in this field because the issue of children is very sensitive and needs attention.
The political and security deputy of Zanjan governor stated that the meetings of this working group are very important in terms of the variety of issues that exist, and clarified: it should be followed up with more seriousness in various fields such as begging, working children, drug addiction and garbage collectors.
He stated: A detailed report of the implementation process of the proposed plans should be provided.

Rafiei added: Another issue in this field is the increase of sales centers and access to hijab and chastity goods, and people are also dissatisfied in this field due to the lack of these centers.
He stated that begging is a concern of many people of Zanjan and continued: This issue is considered a crime according to the law and the municipality should take appropriate measures in this regard.
