Mahmoudzadeh stated: 360 thousand out of 1.3 million people who have registered to receive housing deposit facilities and have uploaded their documents have been introduced to the banking system, but less than 10% of these people have been able to receive facilities. ; Therefore, statistics also show that banks do not cooperate in the payment of facilities.

Mahmoudzadeh stated: 32 thousand out of 360 thousand people whose documents have been sent to the banks have succeeded in receiving housing deposit facilities, which these statistics show; Less than 10% have received housing deposit facilities in the country so far.
The Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development stated: In the High Housing Council, which was held in the presence of the President; We will receive the necessary approvals for the executive plans for the construction of one million housing units and announce the registration time of the applicants.
He explained: “The projects of the National Housing Action Plan are also among the government support projects. Any plan or program approved for the housing sector will be included in these projects, and all of them will progress under appropriate conditions.”
Mahmoudzadeh added: “National housing projects were also approved by the president and he has always announced that these projects will be implemented more quickly and intensively, so there is no concern to build this and all of them will be built with the participation of the devices.”
