What happened to the budget of the survivors of the stock of justice?

Although there seems to be no credit in the 1401 budget for the survivors of the Justice Shares, a spokesman for the Provincial Justice Shares Investment Association said there was no need to provide resources in the budget and that the resources needed were available to the government.

Of course, an overview of the transfer and sale of shares in state-owned companies shows that the government does not have the necessary resources for current shareholders, let alone pay for justice shares to new beneficiaries. But the current parliament and government have repeatedly stressed that the stock of survivors’ justice will be assigned next year.

The remnants of the stock of justice are waiting!

Ali Akbar Heydari, spokesman for the Association of Provincial Investment Companies of Justice Shares, said: “The payment of justice shares to the survivors is in the new government’s program, and we are following up on this issue so that this matter can be assigned sooner.”

He said there would probably be no need to allocate resources for this in the budget, as significant resources have been deducted from equity shares in recent years and available in the form of shares returned to the government, and if the same shares are made in the form of a system transfer. He used it for the survivors.

A spokesman for the Association of Provincial Investment Companies said the Economic Commission had previously announced that the issue would be resolved by the end of this year.

Emphasizing that there are arrangements for allocating justice shares to 20 million people equal to the current value of justice shareholders, he said: “Resources have been identified in the public section of justice shares and we are ready to announce these resources in expert meetings with government agencies.” . Of course, I apologize for the public statement, but these sources have been taken back apart from 47% of the sources.

Who are the new beneficiaries of Justice Shares?

Two groups are in the category of survivors of justice shares, the first group for whom justice shares have been issued but the invitation has not been received or they have received the invitation but have not gone through the legal process. The total number of these people is four million.

But the second group are those who have been identified by the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare as one of the six lower income deciles but have not been included in the justice stock.

The group numbers 16 million, a significant portion of whom are supported by welfare institutions, including the Relief and Welfare Committee, villagers, factory workers, social security workers, and seasonal and construction workers.

Accordingly, in addition to the 49 million people who have received justice shares, about 20 million people are also entitled to justice shares. But they are left behind.

These people will probably be able to receive the justice stock slip next year. But when these 69 million people will be able to cash in on their shares of justice is a question that the government does not seem to know the answer to.
