Explaining the details of the above news, Detective Colonel Dalvand stated: Two young women went to the 1st base of the Greater Tehran Intelligence Police to arrest a professional swindler and announced that in 1997 they met a woman named “Sanaz” who claimed to have supernatural powers and fortune-telling. He has been informed that he has received huge sums of money from them many times in the last 3 years.
He stated that the accused had received a total of 20 billion rials from the plaintiffs several times, adding that in several police operations, the real identity of the accused was identified and it was determined that the accused had changed his hiding place before the plaintiffs complained.
The head of the 1st base of Tehran Intelligence Police said: with the efforts of detectives, the real identity of the accused was identified and in a police operation, the accused was arrested in his new hiding place in Niavaran area.
Colonel Dalvand added: “This swindler was sent to prison with a court order and the discovery of other possible crimes is on the agenda.”
