Mask sold 13 million shares but its stock increased

According to a reporter of Fars News Agency’s International Economics Group, quoted by راشاتودیIn recent weeks, Ilan Mask, the founder of Tesla, has sold $ 14 billion of his stake in the automaker and actually sold 13 million shares.
Mask’s technique on the ground was that he sold $ 14 billion of Tesla shares to acquire the Tesla bonds he was given in 2012. And although it has sold 13 million shares, it has bought 17 million bonds.
By August, Ilan could have accumulated 22.9 million Tesla bonds. More interestingly, based on the option provided for the mask, he bought the bonds only at the true value of Tesla shares.
Mask, of course, is now the richest man in the world, so he bought 14 million shares of Tesla, which’s to pay $ 15 billion in taxes.
Experts say Musk will have to sell another 4.1 million shares of Tesla to pay the tax.
