In this regard, in the last days of November 1996, Hojjat Baharifar, who had experience in Iran Insurance, as one of the young managers of the insurance industry, took the helm of “Ma” Insurance Company, and in recent years, this company It has witnessed tangible and significant changes and has been on the path of progress since the establishment of the new management team.
Creating organizational unity and cohesion, reviving sales and sustainable growth, increasing per capita production of premiums, implementing a balanced and profitable sales strategy, obtaining financial wealth from one of Iran’s central insurers, successful presence in the capital market and 3 of Baharifar’s successful programs in this company Is.
In 1998, Baharifar won the trust of the CEOs of the insurance industry and became a member of the first board of directors of the Iranian Insurers Syndicate.
