Like everyone else, the Xbox and PlayStation are the first letters that come to mind when it comes to gaming consoles. The two consoles, which have been around for years since their first release, have been a source of profit for factories and memories for buyers.

Exactly 20 years ago, on November 15, 2001, the first version of the Xbox was released. The console, which was introduced a few months before its release in the presence of former WWE star Mr. Rock, was able to attract a lot of fans for the brand from the very beginning.

Last night, on the 20th anniversary of the release of this beloved console, Microsoft surprised its fans.

Although the latest version of the famous Halo franchise is set to hit the market in December, with the official announcement of Microsoft, the online and multiplayer part of the game has been made available to fans for free. This alone can keep Xbox fans happy for a long time.

But that was not the end of the story, with Microsoft announcing that 76 new games would support the Backward Compatibility of ninth-generation Xbox consoles. Among these games, titles such as Red Dead Revolver and Max Payne stand out the most.

All of these new titles will support HRD Auto if played with the Xbox Series X console. And if they run on the Xbox One console, their graphics will be greatly optimized and improved.
