Pursuant to a note in Article 58 of the Civil Service Law, absentees who are sent to military service if they show good morals, behavior and seriousness in performing their service or express courage and sacrifice in war, operational and security areas. All or part of their annual service overtime will be waived if they are certified by the commanders.
According to these rules, examples of ethics and behavior, good performance of duties and special conditions are communicated to all organizations of the Armed Forces, and duty personnel with annual absences of 3 or 6 months can be informed by referring to the manpower of the units how to enjoy the rules of forgiveness.

5. Persons with special circumstances such as orphans, children of veterans, married conscripts, fathers in prison provided there is no security conviction, death of first-degree family members during service, conscripts under the auspices of the Relief Committee or the Welfare Organization.
6- Good maintenance of property at the disposal of duty employees such as drivers.
7- Duty employees who, while observing discipline before and during service, have succeeded in registering an initiative that has led to the production of an important and valid scientific article.
8- Hafiz’s staff at least one part of the Quran, Hafiz at least one fifth of Nahj al-Balaghah, Sahifa Sajjadieh and sufficient principles
9- Exemplary soldier in organizational and force festivals such as Hazrat Ali Akbar (AS) Festival, commemoration of Soldier’s Day and the best training courses
