Ministry of Economy should not be in charge of job creation – Mehr News Agency | Iran and world’s news

According to the Mehr correspondent, Ali Babaei Karnami stated in a public session of the Islamic Consultative Assembly today (Tuesday, December 30) during an oral remark: “According to the constitution and Note 18 of the budget law, measures must be taken to create jobs.”

He said: The Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare can take the necessary measures to create employment and improve the business environment. Accordingly, if we want to hand over Note 18 of the budget, ie job creation, to the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance, how can we ask this ministry to both think about employment and supervise the banks?

The head of the labor faction of the Islamic Consultative Assembly stated: Necessary coordination and measures should be taken in the government and the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare for job creation and the capacities of the Ministry of Labor in the field of job creation should not be taken away.

The representative of the people of Sari in the Islamic Consultative Assembly emphasized: it is necessary to hold more specialized meetings to create jobs in the country and it is also necessary for the social and economic commissions of the Islamic Consultative Assembly to hold meetings in this regard and follow up on this issue.
