Currently, the target population of this policy is people who have received cash subsidies so far, with the exception of the tenth. The 76 million people who received subsidies are in the first to ninth deciles, and the tenth deciles did not receive subsidies.
The Deputy Minister of Social Welfare of the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare continued: “Except for those who are in the tenth decile; The second category, to whom the subsidy has not been credited, are people who do not receive the subsidy for various reasons, for which there are various reasons. For example, in 1993, the father of the family may have given up the subsidy due to financial means, but in previous years, his children got married and lived a dignified life, but they could not afford it and were eligible for the subsidy. These people have the right to receive a subsidy and are generally considered subsidized survivors.
Abu Hamza stated that the Targeting Organization will soon make arrangements for these people to refer to a system and register: “After registering, these people will be declassified again and if they are not in the 10th decile, they will definitely receive a subsidy.”
Regarding the cause of the disruption on the website of the Ministry of Welfare for registering the protests, he said: “Technical support has been provided to the site since yesterday when this discussion was raised.” The problem is that the citizens who are left with the subsidy must register in the system that the targeted organization launches and introduces in order to be checked. Emphasizing that people who do not receive subsidies should wait for the start of the organization’s system and not worry, he said: “But those who have received subsidies and feel that they have been placed incorrectly in the 10th or other deciles, can register in the Ministry of Welfare system.” Protest that we review and announce the result.
