Missing capacities of the labor law will be revived – Mehr News Agency | Iran and world’s news

According to the Mehr reporter, Ali Hossein Raiatifard, during his visit to Gorgan Dairy Factory on Wednesday evening, stated: The labor law has very high capacities and potentials, but in most production or industrial units, it is enough to implement only a few notes and its legal article.
The Deputy Minister of Labor Relations, Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare added: 31 years have passed since the adoption of the Labor Law, but not all the capacities and potentials of this law have been used.
“If we want workers and employers to benefit from the assistance and support of this law, the implementation of all the provisions of this law must be on the agenda,” said Riatifard.
He continued: “Revival of the Committee for Technical Protection and Protection of Workers, expansion of cooperative services in the field of consumption and housing, establishment of labor organizations with the approach of demanding workers’ rights and implementation of job classification are among the opportunities in the labor law. It has not been addressed.
The Deputy Minister of Labor Relations, Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare said: “We will use all legal capacities to stabilize employment and create employment in the development phases, and we will remove the obstacles in the direction of job creation.”
He added: “In the first place, we intend to make production or industrial units under the Ministry of Labor Cooperation and Social Welfare a pioneer in implementing all provisions of the labor law, and then we will expand the issue to all production units in the country.”
