During this meeting, the head of the judiciary, while reviewing the old and overdue cases of the investigation and judicial branches of this judicial unit, stressed the need to determine the duties of the old cases and said: Assign these files quickly.
Hojjat-ul-Islam and Muslims Mohseni Ejei also praised the head of the referral department of the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor’s Office in Tehran’s District 2 for exercising accuracy and speed in referring criminal cases to the relevant branches, and for creating a suitable mechanism Branches stressed.
The Chief Justice also informed about the number of multi-plaintiff cases in the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor’s Office of District 2 of Tehran, and considered the prompt and accurate handling of such cases as one of the priorities.

Hojjat-ul-Islam and Muslims Mohseni Ejei, referring to the agencies that do not perform their preventive and supervisory duties and responsibilities properly and in a timely manner, and this leads to the formation of many crimes and legal cases and overflow of cases to the judiciary, said: All agencies and departments of the country should work together and strengthen their preventive and supervisory dimensions to prevent the overflow of cases to the judiciary and the doubling of the burden and difficulty of the work of our judges and judicial colleagues.
Referring to the need to address the shortage of manpower in the judiciary, which in turn leads to the formation of injuries such as delays in proceedings and the accumulation of pending cases, the head of the judiciary said: This was not achieved due to reasons such as limited financial resources.
The head of the judiciary, meanwhile, stressed that the existing problems should not cause the slightest disruption in the sincere provision of judicial services to the people and clients. We are aware of them and we are diligently trying to eliminate them. Providing judicial services to the people and clients will be delayed, is not accepted at all, and is contrary to the dignity and high position of judicial officials and staff in the eyes of the people.

The Chief of the Judiciary continued his speech in front of the staff of the District 2 Prosecutor’s Office in Tehran, calling work and service in the courts difficult and hard, and stressed the need for strength, consistency and richness of actions, investigations and interrogations in criminal cases.
Accordingly, the head of the judiciary warned the officials of the prosecutor’s office in the process of prosecuting criminal cases from unreasonable negligence or unnecessary strictures, and considered this to be harmful for the members of the society, and said: It is an act that should not be allowed to affect judicial officials.
Hojjat-ul-Islam and Muslims Mohseni Ejei also added: The judiciary has started and is investigating clear cases of abandonment of actions in various agencies, but in cases where it is not a crime according to the law but causes losses, it should be investigated what damages and How much of a verb is left out is time consuming.
He continued: “The issue of who recognizes what damage and with what amount of a defect is very important, which should be recognized by an expert or inspector or officer, and this issue also needs consensus to be able to resolve issues.” Count and deal with in a logical legal process.
