According to Mehr News Agency, citing the Ministry of Labor Cooperation and Social Welfare, the second meeting of the “Council for the Commemoration of Workers’ Week Policy” with the presence of Seyed Soult Mortazavi, Minister of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare and Chairman of the Policy Council, celebrated Labor Week.

In this meeting, Mortazavi emphasized the grand celebration of Labor Week and added: Labor Day is a national celebration for workers and it is appropriate for all labor organizations to participate in this week’s ceremony. The role-playing field of all labor spectrums should be provided this week.

Referring to the importance of the role of the worker as the driving force in the country’s economy, he said: All the efforts of the organizers of the worker’s week and the output of their work this week should be to make the worker and the family of this hardworking group aware of the importance of their role and place in the growth of production and prosperity. The economy of the country becomes more familiar and the sense of identity and dignity of work becomes more important for him than before.

The Minister of Cooperation, Labor and Social Welfare, referring to the importance of fulfilling the motto of the year “inflation control, production growth”, said: special consideration should be given to this matter in the selection of selected people.

At the beginning of this meeting, Mohammad Chekshian, Deputy Minister of Culture and Social Affairs of the Minister of Labor and Social Welfare and Vice Chairman of the Labor Week Commemoration Policy Council, while referring to the written and planned programs for this week, said: The effort of the Labor Week headquarters is to use the capacities of all labor organizations in Holding the programs of the mentioned week.
