Referring to the possibility of clearing the debts of contractors with municipal properties offered in the stock market, he said: after obtaining approval from the General Administration of Finance and Property, contractors can place their remittances in the stock market and purchase property based on the amount of their debt. exchange and receive their claims through this way.
The CEO of the Real Estate Organization added: Currently, all regions must direct contractors to clear their debts with properties offered on the stock exchange, and their first step is to obtain the stock exchange code. With the arrangements made with the stock exchange organization, getting their stock exchange code will be in the shortest possible time and without any kind of cost, and the contractors are not going to get involved in administrative bureaucracy.
Regarding reducing the time of the real estate sale process compared to the auction method, he said: In this method, an almost two-month process is completed from the beginning of the auction to the transfer of the document to the name of the buyer; In this way, it starts with a 10-day period to familiarize the public with the property and its location, and then the said property will be sold within 7 to 14 days, and the buyer is obliged to settle his debt in the form of 10% cash within a month. at the beginning of the work and three installments of 30% up to one month; After 45 days, the property is handed over to the buyer, and the municipality must transfer the property deed to the person’s name within 75 days after that.
