According to the Fars news agency, citing the Media Center of the Judiciary, this morning, Wednesday, December 28, another session of the Ukrainian 737 plane crash case was held with the presence of the defendants, the defendants’ lawyers, Shekat, the families of the deceased, the lawyers of the families of the deceased, and the prosecutor’s representative. Judge Ebrahim Mehranfar was held in the military court of Tehran province.

At the beginning of the court session, referring to the objections brought to the case, Judge Mehranfar said: We will respond to some of the objections until the end of the hearing, and we will certainly address the objections that are significant and addressed. Of course, we have to answer another part of the objections in the vote.

Stating that you can be sure that nothing will be left out of the court’s view, he said: “There are currently two cases.” Expertise in this case has two dimensions, one dimension is the main issue and the second dimension is the pathology of the incident so that we do not witness the repetition of such incidents in the future. The experts have worked on these two dimensions and what was communicated to Shekat’s lawyers is related to the first dimension.

In the continuation of this session, 4 lawyers of the deceased from the court were invited by the judge and expressed their views on the case, and 3 of the parents of the deceased also presented their statements.
