Nasser Tahmasab Doblour, veteran, passed away

Nasser Tahmasab, born in 1318 in Tehran, is a voice actor and voice actor. He started his career as a dubber before the Islamic revolution and then became the supervisor of announcers and dubbing manager.

Tahmasab grew up in a large family with 8 brothers and sisters on Abbasi Street, he is the elder brother of Iraj Tahmasab, the host and creator of Kolah Qirmasi program.

His voice was greatly appreciated in the series “Hazar Dostan” between 1358 and 1366 in the role of Ali Nasirian, but his fame was mostly with the series “Army of Secrets” in 1371. His voice was much appreciated in the role of Commander Kessler of the secret army and the cartoon Yogi.

Also, the late Tahmasab spoke in place of Bilal Habshi in the brilliant film “Muhammad Rasoolullah” directed by the late Syrian filmmaker Mustafa Akkad.

The late Naser Tahmasab’s voice was also reminiscent of great actors from the world cinema, and many times he used his voice to portray actors such as Henry Fonda, Gary Cooper, Humphrey Bogart, Cary Grant, James Stewart, Richard Harris, William Holden, Steve McQueen, and Gene Hackman. Dustin Hoffman, Kevin Spacey, Al Pacino, Daniel Day-Lewis and especially Jack Nicholson gave a new dimension to Iranian audiences.

The late Tahmasab experienced acting for the first time in 1363 in the movie “The Second Way”, and then in 1985, he acted in the series “The Gradual Death of a Dream” for television. Acting in the Sheriff 3 series in 1988 and the movie I am a mother in 1989, directed by Fereydon Jirani, are among his acting activities.

Chrysanthemum Flowers (1363), Safar (1371), Long Autumn (1372), Tortoise (1375), Ray’s Traveler (1379), Hiam (1382), Empty Frames (1386) and Jalaluddin (1393) are among the works that the late Tahmasb Management has been in charge of their dubbing.

In recent years, his voice has been featured in many controversial political documentaries, such as the 10-part documentary “Out of Sight” (1 and 2) about the “Sedition of 88 and the Saga of 9 December”, the documentary “FDD” (about the role of the Zionists in the project Iranphobia”), the documentary “Trockage” (“About the role of celebrities in riots”), the memories of the abandoned house, I am a technocrat, meeting in closed circuit, the mystery of the queen, Tayeb and the documentary series against the storm were heard.

Tahmasab’s voice was heard for the last time in the teasers of the 17th Cinema Verity Festival, and the news of his death was also announced during the closing ceremony of this festival on Saturday evening, December 2, at Vahdat Hall.
