Dr. Ra’isi pointed to the silence of the important Gerkan-Mashhad railway project and clarified: “The construction of this project has been under discussion for many years and it was decided to follow the implementation of this railway route.”

The President of the Republic, continuing the hundreds of years of hosting the people of North Khorasan from the pilgrims of Imam Reza (AS) as one of the great honors of this province and said: “If we work on the Razavi civilization in our universities and seminaries, we will see a civilization in this country that has been formed in the name of Hazrat Reza (AS).”

Emphasizing the need to accelerate the development of North Khorasan province, he said: “Despite the efforts made, we are still witnessing backwardness in the infrastructure of this province, and overcoming this backwardness requires a jihadist act such as the time of holy defense.”

Dr. Ra’isi mentioned the reason for expressing the problems, bottlenecks and priorities in the meeting of the administrative council of the province and the attention of all managers to their duties and responsibilities regarding these issues as well as provincial approvals and said: “Mr. Governor “Follow up on half-finished projects, have people watching and the media follow up to get things done.”
