Notification of the national registration of 7 intangible heritage to the governor of South Khorasan

According to Aria Heritage, in the letter of Ali Darabi, Deputy Minister and Deputy Minister of Cultural Heritage to Javad Qanat, Governor of South Khorasan:

Pursuant to Article 1 of the Law on the Establishment of the Cultural Heritage and Tourism Organization approved in 2003 and Articles 11 and 12 of the Law on the Accession of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the International Convention for the Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage adopted in 2005 and Articles 2 and 3 of the Executive Regulations Respected Council of Ministers and in compliance with the provisions of the above-mentioned executive regulations, intangible cultural heritage entitled “Skills of baking traditional pastry of bread (pipe) Birjand” No. 2486, “Skirting (knitting) of Maud” No. 2487, “Rug weaving skills No. 2488, “Birjand Traditional Soap Making Skills” No. 2489, “Nojosh (Bread Bread) Native and Local Food Cooking Skills” No. 2490, “Traditional Knowledge of Grape Juice in South Khorasan” No. 2491, “Traditional Tanning Skills of the City Ferdows (referred to the registration numbers 2429.1682, 1975.1376, 1259.108) “No. 2492 has been registered in the National List of Intangible Cultural Heritage on 9/9/1400. “Any action that preserves and restores this heritage is emphasized.”
