It is worth mentioning that by the end of September 1402, the supervisory body of the insurance industry will determine the final share of each of the insurance companies in the amount of 5000 billion Rials based on the final performance statistics of 1400 and notify the insurance companies.
According to the decision of the Supreme Insurance Council, insurance companies are obliged to settle the possible increase or deficit of the deposit based on the figure announced by the Central Insurance.
According to this communiqué, insurance companies are obliged to send the institution’s share of the amounts paid to the central insurance debtor’s account, the purpose and performance of their deposits along with the relevant documents at the end of each month to this regulatory body.
It is worth mentioning that the Highways and Road Transport Organization of the country, the Disciplinary Command, the Emergency Organization, the Red Crescent Society, the Radio and Television Organization and the Forensic Medicine Organization report their performance in the form of operational plan – once every three months – to economic and planning commissions.
