Stating that appropriate measures have been taken since entering the education system in the past seven months, he said: Plans and laws have been reviewed, and as an example, one-third of teacher doctors are expected to enter Farhangian University, there is still time for this plan. It has not been considered, but eventually this action will be taken.

Nouri continued: The rating was approved in this government and is being implemented. Although some wanted to create a rush among teachers to come to the streets in the area of ​​ranking.

Emphasizing that the education and training system has reached us, he said: the government has started the measures related to the constructive jihad.

Stating that we teachers did not choose this job based on the amount of salary, he said: Teachers chose this job without considering the amount of salary. The unique role of teachers in the stabilization and efficiency of the Islamic revolution should be promoted.

The Minister of Education noted: The roles of teachers should be told, the effective actions of Martyr Bahonar, Martyr Tehrani Moghadam, the late Ashtiani and Martyr Ebrahim Hammet should be told, and the educational roles of these people should be recognized and described to the community of teachers.

Nouri added: The conference of the heads of states was called the transformation of education after the corona era, and the system of domination is ruling the world. I think that with these events, instead of the 2030 document, they will refer to the 2050 document and focus on education; We must be ready for them to start their education from the field of general education and from the secondary level; Therefore, in this way, we must also learn the ways of interaction; In this way, teachers are at the forefront of this action.

He added: As the Supreme Leader said, we must take big steps, because the struggle has become complicated and difficult, and the world community and the domination system have come to this direction.

The Minister of Education stated that teachers can help in this way by presenting their ideas, and said: Teachers’ ideas should be recorded based on their environment, they should bring models so that they can be done at the provincial and regional level after examination.

Nouri reminded: Now some people are more looking for retelling the problems, but it is better to mention patterns and solutions to create favorable conditions.

He pointed out the necessity of interaction between education and the outside of the education system and said: “Even after years, we could not fully implement the movement, because the communication with the outside has not been established.” Education must be removed from its closed circuit and teachers are pioneers in this way.

Emphasizing that discourse creation is a fundamental step in the last step of the education process, the Minister of Education said: creation of discourse based on the fundamental transformation document is a priority, therefore, in order to promote the discourse, notes should be taken from the fundamental transformation document.
