He continued: With the beginning of Nowruz holidays, we organized the program of seeing off the first group of Nowruz travelers from Kermanshahi and welcoming the first group of Nowruz guests at the airport and railway.

Farmani clarified: At the entrances of the province, by setting up information kiosks and installing banners, along with welcoming Nowruz travelers, guidance was given regarding tourist attractions of the province and travel recommendations.

He said: Every nowruz traveler would be sent a text message in which the address of the Kermanshah Gosht system was mentioned so that tourists could get complete information about the tourist attractions and tourist facilities of the province.

The head of the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Kermanshah Province stated that one of the measures was to distribute brochures, booklets and maps of Kermanshah and its attractions among Nowruz travelers and stated: More than 300 thousand brochures, books and maps were prepared and distributed among travelers at the entrances of the city. He added: Also, 270 booths were set up at the entrance of the cities and national and international bases of the province to introduce handicrafts of the province.

Farmani continued: In Taqbostan National Base, there is also a program of playing tambourine, tambur playing, children’s reading of the Shahnameh, festival of ethnic groups, handicrafts exhibition, setting up a tent of knowledge, holding a contest to read the Quran and get a prize, setting up prayer tents for women and men, setting up a rest tent and a milking place. For mothers with infants, a children’s booth and a health booth, stressing the need to observe Islamic customs and donating to women without hijab, free visits to the area for veiled women, preventing pets from entering the area with visitors, setting up an exhibition of old photos with the title “Taq Bostan in the passage of time” and setting up a photography booth with local costumes were among the most important Nowruz programs.

He called one of the prominent programs in this historical site the holding of religious ceremonies and rituals such as holding congregational prayers and the emphasis of cultural heritage workers on the need to preserve Islamic values ​​and hijab by visitors in this site and said: the implementation of such programs made people from all over the country To receive many messages of gratitude and thanks from the people of Khodajo and the community of martyrs from different parts of Iran.

Farmani said: Various programs were also held in other national and international bases of the province, such as Anahita Temple, Sassanid axis and Oramanat region.

Farmani stated that nearly 2 million tourists have visited the attractions of Kermanshah during Nowruz, and said: About 300,000 Nowruz travelers have found accommodation in the accommodation centers of the province.

He emphasized: This year, in addition to the official accommodation centers under the supervision of the General Administration, about 110 schools and three parks were considered for accommodation.
