4) Determining the environmental needs of wetland basins and implementing local bio-management programs with the participation of all stakeholders;
According to this program, the water requirement will be determined for 5 basins, as well as the follow-up of the environmental rights of all basins. In addition, the native ecosystem management program will be operational for 31 wetlands in the country with the participation of all stakeholders.
