Order to consider 12 requests in the first public meeting of the head of the Judiciary of the Armed Forces

According to Fars News Agency, Hojjatoleslam Ahmad Reza Pourkhaghan, the head of the Armed Forces Judiciary Organization, in the first public meeting program after being appointed as the head of the Armed Forces Judiciary Organization, issued orders to consider 12 requests of clients. Demands for commutation of the sentence, request for amnesty, use of electronic confinement and release of the prisoner were among the demands of the clients in this meeting.

On the sidelines of the program, the head of the Judiciary of the Armed Forces mentioned regular public meetings as one of the main topics of his program to provide good service and honor the client.

Pourkhaqan stated that the purpose of these meetings was for the people to have easy access to the officials to address their demands and express their problems.

He emphasized: the meeting of the officials with the people facilitates the service delivery process and accelerates the process of solving problems.

It is worth mentioning that the applicants can submit their requests to meet with the head of the Judiciary of the Armed Forces 24 hours a day by calling 02182900 and during office hours by calling 02182902211 of the Secretariat of the Presidency and Public Relations.

The public meeting was attended by the Director General of Inspection and Complaints, the Director General of the Department of Public Relations, the Deputy Chief of the Tehran Military Prosecutor’s Office, the Deputy Military Prosecutor of Tehran, and the Head of the Military Court of the Eastern District of Tehran Province.
