According to the Mehr news agency, quoting PublicationThe Islamic Jihad movement stated in a statement that its alliance with Iran is merely aimed at confronting the Zionist regime and is not related to any other goal.

The movement added: resistance Mellat Palestine has existed since the establishment of the Zionist regime and the occupation of Palestine and is not related to any other goal.

The Islamic Jihad movement also stated that the resistance forces, including Iran, are standing on united fronts against the Zionist regime and its allies.
