The representative of the people of Isfahan in the Islamic Council said: the enemy has targeted the family and many families who do not have high religious observances accept the hijab in Iran and understand that if there is no hijab, the families will be in trouble, so one word should be be issued from the system.
He clarified: There are differences in the details of this bill that will be resolved. The Majlis must protect the flag of the Islamic Revolution, which is a hijab. Iran is the only country that has preserved hijab among the people of divine religions, but the enemy has targeted our security and hijab in the last one year. The implementation guarantee should be included in the bill in order to overcome the weaknesses of dealing with obscenity.
The issue of hijab should be followed with an expert view in the society
In the continuation of the meeting, Fatemeh Qasimpour, in agreeing to the two urgent review of this bill, said: In addition to efforts to untangle the economic problems of the people, urgent action should be taken regarding the implementation of religious orders in the society. The bill to support the culture of chastity and hijab is a great opportunity to use a problem-oriented approach to solve the gaps in the discussion of the culture of chastity and hijab, which is an identity for Iranian women and is the boundary of our civilization’s separation from Western culture.
The head of the women’s faction of the Islamic Council said: “Establishing this bill as a matter of urgency is a strategic measure against the enemy’s attack to destroy the position of the family and welfare in the society.” This bill creates an opportunity to follow the hijab issue with an expert view in the society.
We need to inform people about the bill on chastity and hijab
In this regard, Salman Ishaghi also said: I thank the judiciary and the government for preparing the Chastity and Hijab bill, but no explanation has been given regarding this Jihad bill. In the social structure, there are question marks surrounding this bill, and wherever we left empty, the enemy has filled it.
The representative of the people of Qaenat in the Islamic Council stated: Jihad of explanation leads to mental and spiritual peace in the society. Every plan and bill that is presented to the Islamic Council must be explained around it. Once the public opinion is convinced, the enemy can no longer maneuver; Regarding our chastity and hijab bill, it is necessary to inform people.
Hijab is a religious and political obligation
Seyyed Jalil Mirmohammadi Meybodi said: There is no doubt that hijab is a necessary, religious and political obligation. Also, no one doubts that it is necessary to put the hijab and chastity bill on the agenda as soon as possible.
He continued: But today, the young believers and the elders of the society are of the opinion that the chastity and hijab bill is unfortunately not preventive and effective. This bill has significant weaknesses, although it is necessary to put this issue on the agenda of the parliament, but if it is approved urgently, we will not have time to solve the problems in the hammering committee.
The valuable culture of hijab should be spread in the society
Also, the representative of the government, in defense of the urgent request for the bill to protect chastity and hijab, said: the bill that has been presented now is derived from hours of effort and examination of the intellectual, religious and social foundations that were desired by the heads of the forces and was prepared by the judiciary and with current amendments. It has been presented so that what is being done these days by the majority of the oblivious minority as showing off and disregarding Islamic norms, invitation and warning and finally financial crimes and social restrictions will come to their senses and stop being a plaything for the enemies.
He clarified: In another part of the bill, a legal and decisive action will be taken against the Ma’and minority who have mocked the religious rules. Also, in this bill, the policy of not providing services to such people will be applied to trade, social, educational and cultural environments where people are present or refer to, if they do not comply with the norms.
Stating that many legal loopholes have been removed in this bill, the representative of the government said: its correct implementation and formulation can spread the valuable culture of hijab and Islamic behavior in the society. What has been observed in seminary and scholarly circles that have studied the bill in these few days is that they are all concerned with the comprehensiveness and depth of the bill and its scope in all social, cultural, and educational bodies and the gradual nature of its effects instead of a quick and immediate approach for the future. They acknowledged that the objections that were sometimes taken are those that will definitely be resolved during the review of the details of the bill by the representatives.
He clarified: With the publication of the bill, elites, intellectuals and experts can present their suggestions with the like-mindedness of the MP so that what is the output of the bill is accepted by the Islamic society. Considering the short distance that has passed since last year’s riots and incidents, and considering the necessity of immediate action and removing the gaps and obstacles that exist in some social or cultural environments, this bill has been presented to meet the necessity of prevention or sometimes decisive follow-up. and positive interactions to remind and observe Islamic values, and in case of non-observance, deal decisively with individuals to deal with this issue.
