Parliament’s approval of investigation of Shasta company

According to Iran Economist, the representatives of the Islamic Council, in the public session of the parliament today (Tuesday), reviewed the report of the Economic Commission regarding the approval of the request for investigation and investigation of Shasta Company from 1392 to 1399 and finally agreed to this request.
Shahbaz Hasanpour, Vice Chairman of the Economic Commission of the Islamic Council, while reading the report of this commission, announced the main points of this investigation as follows:
The main focus: examining the status of economic, financial, administrative and legal management of the social security investment company and its subsidiaries
Sub axes:
1- Investigating the financial management and investment of the subsidiary companies, the internal and external buying and selling process, buying and selling assets and how to comply with the efficiency of the company, renting assets, obtaining facilities and how to pay to subsidiaries and obtain guarantees Reimbursement, how to make currency transfers and the resulting violations
2- Examining the way of appointments and examining the appropriateness of the composition of the board members in some companies in terms of education and work experience according to the company’s executive activity, how to use consultants, membership of the board members in different companies at the same time, checking the salary criteria and the benefits of vice-presidents, consultants and managers of companies and the resulting violations
3- Reviewing the management of the legal department of the companies under the Shasta group and the number of legal claims, the process of claims and how to spend attorney fees and the financial results of legal claims in favor of Shasta, examining the appointment of centralized legal managers through the legal vice-president of Shasta company and the dismissal of independent legal experts.
