According to Mehr News Agency’s commercial report, the CEO of Behdakhet Mellat Company informed about the new approach of this collection to provide personalized solutions to small and large receivers. Mohammad Mehdi Taqipour gave a speech at the specialized meeting “Using personalized tools in the payment industry” which was held at noon on Sunday, July 4th in hall 8 and 9 of the 26th Elcomp International Exhibition.

At the beginning of this meeting, the CEO of Bepadakht Mellat said: “We are facing challenges in the new system of the payment network, which, in addition to the changes in the fee system, has also created differences in the behavior of the acceptors. As you know, in the new fee system that is being implemented, the receivers have to pay a fee for the services they receive. Two things are happening in this system. The first event is the change of the tariff and the second event is the change of behavior, which includes the payment of fees by the new beneficiaries.

Taqipour continued by pointing out that the acceptors are one of the new actors of the payment network: “Until now, the acceptors did not accept any fees in exchange for the services they received, they also received promotional items and… packages under the title of cashback, but in the conditions Now that receivers have to pay for services, they naturally have expectations. What is neglected in the new fee system is that the acceptor expects two issues in return for the fee he pays; One is to receive better services and increase service capabilities that can be interacted with, and the other is to differentiate payment companies in their services.

Taghipour, by dividing the acceptors into small and large categories, mentioned some classes and individual acceptors as micro acceptors and added: “For example, Internet companies, although they look like a company, but the financial volume of their transactions is such that in Their class format is also remarkable. What we owe to these small and large adopters is to provide personalized solutions. The payment company in the classical way that it had been implementing until now was providing expressions to various categories, among which we can mention the payment services in the field of health. These include kiosks connected to the Hospital Information System (HIS) and newly formed pharmacy payment behavior. In such a way that paying with a kiosk has almost exempted pharmacies, including 24-hour pharmacies, from hiring cashiers. In the field of supermarkets, by connecting the scale to the pos terminal, what happened was the transfer of the number directly on the pos device. Connecting store cash registers to our systems, barcode readers, fish printers, and scanners provided to Sanof have been among our other services.

Referring to what has been provided to government organizations, the CEO of Bepdakht pointed to Fara (electronic catalog) and added: “Fara is a completely exclusive solution that is promoted with the cooperation of the Ministry of Cooperation, Labor and Social Welfare, and through it, credit subsidy on The muzzle of PSP companies is implemented. Referring to the company’s other payment services, including the provision of Pin Pad devices, discounted purchases, and credits provided to customers, Taghipour pointed out: “What is important now is that we should pay the fee in the new system. Let’s go further. One of the products that we will unveil in the coming summer will be the bank wallet. An issue that we had not focused on until now because the draft of several different instructions from the central bank was on the agenda. Now, with the unity of the procedure that has been established, the Mellat payment company, as one of the first bank payment groups, intends to unveil the first wallet based on the working bank based on the draft of the central bank.

Pointing out that the services he mentioned were classic services that should be migrated to new services, he added: “In the new fee system, the fee paid by the receivers is sensitive. Because they are, for example, interested in aggregating these fees. A solution that can aggregate these payments is a wallet. For example, imagine that you use your card during the week to pay for taxi fare, shopping at the supermarket, etc. For each of these purchases, a fee is included in the banking network for acceptors. This fee cost is even higher for big acceptors such as Snap, DJKala, etc., who have formed an ecosystem, and this is where the wallet can show off its capabilities by aggregating transactions. This means that you charge your wallet once, and from then on, your purchase transactions take place in the wallet environment.”

Stating that the personalized solution of Bank Amal’s wallet will be operational this summer with the presence of two major adopters, Taghipour clarified: “This wallet is fully implemented based on the drafts of the central bank. One of the advantages of the operating bank wallet for receivers is tax issues. Tax operators need to receive the purchase and sale documents of companies electronically. Classic wallets that are currently used in startups and companies do not allow them to produce financial documents based on Bank Mellat processes. Meanwhile, our new wallet can be a suitable reference for the tax department and save our recipients from the confusion caused by trying to adjust the events in their wallet based on separate documents approved by the tax department. This is one of the personalized solutions we offer.”

The CEO of Mellat payment company considered credit, discount and customer club among the things that he said can be implemented on their wallets. Taghipour added: “The sum of these services is aimed at compensating the cost that the receiver has to pay in the new fee system in exchange for receiving services.” He also expressed his hope that if the new fee system is implemented successfully, interest in such personalized services will increase.
